That move was awesome. I don't know how the general public can keep up with the complex story, and the two girls I went with (didn't ask the other guy) were pretty lost at the end, but for those of us that can keep up with the nested loops and alternate reality "rules", the movie is great.

I heard Despicable Me was very entertaining. I'm a huge fan of "Up" and I heard this new one is almost as good.

Saw this last night as well. GREAT movie. I'll go again and take the wife this time. :)

Inception was awesome! So many alternate explanations on the net that are interesting to read.

Also, I did not like Shutter Island. Too easy to figure out in the first few minutes that he was crazy.

I've seen both Inception and Despicable Me.

See both. but see Inception if you can only see one. Best movie of the year...... so far.... hopefully Harry Potter beats it but who knows.

Agreed, took the wife to see it last weekend. Well worth the $19 it cost to get both of us in.

At that price, it is no wonder we've only seen three movies in the theater so far this year.

Rather Matrix-esque in regards to the alternate reality plotline and some of the cool fight scenes.

That's what I thought when I saw the preview - Dark City meets James Bond. I'm hoping we'll get motivated enough to go see it this weekend.

I'm truly not trying to be condescending, but is it possible that you and the wife didn't understand the recursive aspect? I know the girl I was with didn't understand the impact of one event on other events, and how things were happening (I'm trying to not give anything away).

Otherwise, what didn't you like about the movie? If nothing else, the acting was great and there were some cool fights & special effects.

The entire concept was boring. I think it was made up by someone who did a lot of drugs because it didnt make for a good movie in my opinion.

Took the wife at the midnight opening showing. I have been a big fan of Nolan since Memento (saw that in the theaters too). For the most part, I liked the movie, concept, and explanation. Def some flaws and some disappointments; however, overall I loved it.

Seeing a movie like this is refreshing to see something a little different.

My wife was a little more disappointed. She was expecting some better visuals in the dream sequences. Like a trainspotting meets The Cell.

I saw the "grounhog day" (Bill Murray) with my sister ages ago, she never understood what was happening lol

That's too bad :( I honestly think that's one of the best movies of all time, and I don't think I'm alone.

Good movie, for those that enjoyed it you may also like the movie Primer if you haven't seen it yet (No fancy special effects in this one ;)).

Your point is 100% valid :)

If only we had a decent cinema around here. I'm not bothered enough to drive 30 minutes, pay 2 euro / hour for the parking, 2,5 for a drink and 9 euro for the ticket. And then end up in the biggest room they have which means like 60 rows of chairs, so only 1/4 of the room actually sees the movie properly. And the sound is crap. :D

That's a good reason for me to wait a month and download it and enjoy it the way i like it. It's not like they're gonna miss my money besides all the millions the movie allready made.
