I've been considering doing a 10 box setup, and I was curious how other people who raid with 10 do it.
I'm thinking if i could pass my mouseover from my tank to my healers then I could use [target=mouseover] for all my healing macros.

I run 3 healers because my guys are teh suk. Healer 1 his DPS spam button spams Riptide and the occasional LHW, and keeps Earth Shield on the tank. Healer 2 keeps PW:Shield and PoM on the tank.
All three are in an Action Target Group in ISBoxer called Healers. When I left click the AoE heal the target (Chain Heal, Prayer of Healing, etc), Shift Left click immediately heals a target in the case of aggro or simply a hard spell targets one toon (Riptide, Regrowth). I also have massive heals on Right Click and a few other buttons. I'm still refining so I may not be the best to ask.

I don't 10box {or even play ATM}, but I use mouseover for my normal 5-box setup in groups and raids. I've also worked that setup in LotRO to fake mouseover healing and curing {LotRO doesn't have a macro system}.

Considering that I already use Hotkeynet, this should work great! thanks a bunch :D

This is covered in another thread anyways for what raid exactly? Likely you are going to tune this for every raid, likely your healers as well.
I do it the same way I do 5mans or actually he teams from level one, macro sets for each class and role (DPSShaman, HBOTShaman), tags (doesn't come into healing for me much, but with dps it does especial with multiple classes), and then the actual macros.
All my macros are speced off the tag for three raid roles, main tank (#master#) , offtank (#offtank#), warlockpet (#suicide#)and basic (#camp#) which is usually a warlock (i have my group usually rally to one of the warlock after it has teleported a long distance for whatever reason).
Then you are just making a two basic rotations, hard and slow. Some panic buttons for the classes, and the bread and butter 5man spot heal/hot heal stuff you have been using since level one. Some things like innervates, cross paladin lay on hands and hand of sacrifice, and what not you would already have setup.
Some of the 'healer maintenance' duties are the same as 5man obviously and likely not entirely healer related. You are going to need those to be ready for in combat application. Just like you need to be able to rewater shield shaman and not have that run as part of an out of combat smartbuff macro.
Frankly its exactly the same as DPS, differing yield rotations (fast, slow, altdmg) and situational macros (debuff, prep) and that is augmented with your basic multi assist strategy for target switching, maintaining buffs, etc.
