Jamba, problem with item-use

All my toons have bought the same kind of mana drinks and I've put it in jamba's item-use bar.
But when clicking on it only my master sits down and drink. Or have I misunderstood the use of item-bar?

Jamba cannot cause clicks in other WoW accounts. You need to

a) bind the item bar 1 - 10 keys in the key binding options; then broadcast the appropriate key press to all other WoW accounts or

b) mouse broadcast the click.

I see. So it works just like any other actionbar and I must use e.g. hotkeynet to broadcast key strokes?

Correct with the 1 exception that anything you put on the Item Bar on your main automatically appears on all of your slaves as well.
