Hey, new to the forum and multi boxing! I didn't want to be one of those guys that comes in and asks a question everyone's answered so I DID search the forums for some advice for a good while without coming across an answer, so I'm hoping this is a fairly new (or at least under discussed) question. Here's hoping I'm not just fully inept at multi boxing.
First off, I'm using Octopus as my multi-boxing tool.
I'm a leveling a few new toons in wow, and one of the problems I've come across is trying to get the camera angles to match up on my slave toons when casting aoe spells. For instance one of my slaves is a mage, and when I'm on my main I want to cast blizzard over a set of mobs but when I cast it, it's either to far forward/backward/left/right and misses the mobs because the camera angle on the slave is off. Anyone know how I can alter octopus, Jamba, macros, etc. to correct for the camera angle or to allow the slaves to automatically line their camera angles up with the master?
Any help in this department would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

First, use a keybinding to set a camera angle. You can remove the binding later. Then just call the camera view in your macros.

You can also edit the config

Thank you these were fairly helpful. However, any ideas on how I can keep the toons stacked on each other? I don't mean to say use follow, hopefully something stronger than that. I'm thinking this may be fairly impossible. Because of that slight lag between computers or maybe a slight difference in initial camera angles, when I start running somewhere or go after a group of mobs, the farther I have to run the farther they are apart so I'm trying to create a macro or script to maybe cause my toons to "restack." This seems like it would be either too hard to create or be worthwhile or not possible considering lag. Any ideas?
Again, hope I'm not missing something painfully obvious here. Thanks for the help again.
EDIT
Maybe for a little clarification purposes. Something similar in function to a "spread out" macro, but in reverse. I would like to get my toons to stack perfectly on top of each other. I know that is probably difficult, but if its impossible it would be great to just have someone else say it lol. Thanks.

Impossible.
Everyone uses /follow. Best you can do to stack your toons is have them on follow, once the slaves are grouped up then back up with your main.

Ok, thanks! I just wanted someone else who has more experience than I do to also tell me it was impossible. I was having a shit of a time trying to so I'm glad I don't have to keep searching. Thanks

With the size of the templates you don't need perfect. I warlock/mage/druid aoe pretty much constantly when I can, i do the setview(5), mouse repeat style template dropper and it works fine.
If your trying to do some max distance stuff, sure your going to have issues. but then your also going to have runners at max distance keep them close.
if your worried about alignment, have the toons follow for a moment and stop following. They should be orientated at that moment pretty damn good.

As with anything else, all it takes is practice. I can reliably get off bombs in melee range on my shaman and Volley off on my hunter from range at the same time. Like HPAVC says, the targeting is large enough that you have a lot of leeway, and most targeted spells last long enough that even if you miss a bit, you can use your tank to reposition.
