I'm on an Oldschool Quest wtb friends

So back in the day when I started I played a lock. I've always loved locks and despite the huge /played time on my Druid, My lock will always be my first. I've been quietly / casually farming T1/T2 from Molten Core. Last night Dijie and I ran MC and I got my 6th piece of T1. So what I'm looking for is people who want to run MC / BWL. I'm currently running 5 accounts but in a couple of weeks I'm trimming down to 2 accounts so it will be significantly harder to run these myself.

Is anyone interested in weekly MC / BWL Farming? With the player limit at 40 we can bring lots of people. The only thing I'd ask is to pass lock gear to my lock (unless someone is actually at level and can use it, then I'd pass) I don't care at all about bindings / ingots / elementium or anything at all. I'd just like to get a full T1/T2 warlock set.

Well considering I made the decision to start running MC myself with my 3 I would love to join you. While one of my chars is a lock I don't have a problem passing until you have what you need. I am running though to get T1/T2 myself on all 3.

I might, MIGHT, be interested in doing this on my rogue. For some stupid reason I want a Thunderfury on her. If you know when you are planning on doing this, I could resub just that one account and join you on her. I know Fen still needs a binding, and I'd pass that one to him, but I'd only be going for bindings and to hang out with peeps.

Bah, I cannot beat Doom Rel yet, I downed everyone except him and it was oom, pots gone, health stone gone, glyphed innervate gone ,,, but then against i cannot get the attune quest for another 5 levels. :p

I have a horrible time boxing the orb in bwl, the rest of the instance I can blow through pretty easily. Some of the class call combinations are just hilarious.

nope, for MC you have to do http://www.wowwiki.com/Attunement_to_the_Core and for BWL you have to do http://www.wowwiki.com/Quest:Blackhand%27s_Command

Now to get IN, you don't *have* to do the quests, you just have to go pretty deep in BRD to get to the MC portal and BWL, you have to find the portal in UBRS. It saves the group a lot of time if you can get attuned first. I've got all my toons attuned and I'm able to lock summon people in, so it's not a *huge* deal if I'm going to be in the run.

The other night I decided to blitz through BRD since I had never actually completed the dungeon on any toon. Well it turns out I didn't have the shadow forge key. So I said Ok lets go get it (after clearing half the instance and realizing i killed the guy with the key already).

So after killing myself and getting the quest I head back in (reset the instance). While trying to avoid aggro on a pack of trash (why I don't know - I thought it would save time I guess), I managed to fall off a cliff and into a magma river. The upside is I found a shortcut to MC if you are not attuned and don't have the shadow forge key. Swim down the magma river stopping at the various rock outcroppings to regain health. You might be able to levitate over it, not sure though. Eventually you come to the bridge leading into MC and there is a path leading out of the river to the bridge.

"Great!" I thought," Now I can get attuned."...only I didn't have the quest. A quick magma bath later and I made another discovery - you can get the MC attunement quest while a ghost.

So short story long, a quick romp through BRD turned into an hour and a half slog through magma rivers and the afterlife, but I am now attuned. If I'm on when you guys run it, I'd like to see the content. I've never seen it and would like to before Cata changes things.

The quest item for MC attunement quest is right next to the portal into MC in BRD, so you only have to do that one lol.

funny that pretty much summarizes all my runs (at level) through BRD.
Including a 7hour run where i was trying to heal as a resto/elem shaman in vanilla at level 53.
yes, 7 hours straight, with some RL friends in guild, and back in the days the resto tree wasn't what it is now, i can tell you >.<
