How long can you solo 5 box the lich king?

We went 11/12 10m last friday with the guild i created together with 2 other friends some weeks ago. And while trying to figure out the fight a little bit on the web for tonight's raid, decided to go there and see it myself. Figured it would be fun to see how far i could get 5 boxing him (without knowing mechanics) for the lols. Besides that it just makes a fun pointless screenshot.

Might be a fun & meaningless thing to do among boxers as well to see how far we can get him. Pretty sure more experienced boxers/raiders can get him way further than the 91% i had on my 3rd try (full nuke with all CD's & lust at start).

Oooo I would love to here nech break down some boxing strats on these later fights :). I plan to start runnin my 3 dks together in 10 man this week and tho I have kingslayer on my main I would love to here some strats for how you handled some fights :) NEW POST time! Lol

If you only boxed solo ( 10 boxing ) ..how much is possible in ICC ? I read a few bosses a soloable with 10 boxing,but how far can you get ? 6/12 ? maybe ?

Thanks for the offer. So far we are very limited with our attempts. We've setup the guild with only people we know, since we don't want to deal with any drama/whining, and no recruiting whatsoever. The consequence of that is that during the summer a few key people are not around. In those 3 weeks we've had like 2x a 1,5 hour attempt. With no one having experience with the fight that obviously isn't enough. Managed to get past the first 2 defiles & valkyir, which ain't too bad. Given our gear & dps, pretty confident we'll get him if we get a full line up.

Atm i'm the main tank, so playing another role is not something i fancy atm. This is mainly due to the lack of other tanks, as i still prefer to play my shamans. But who knows in the (recent) future a couple of my guildies alts get so geared they can tank him and I can try to box him. Thanks for the offer as well.
