Addons save to ???

Ok last time i did this and remembered when you extract your addons they go into the c/users/games/wow/interface/addons folder. Now why is my interface folder inside the data folder and where is my addons folder. Can anyone explain to me this. Please and thank you.

can admin move this to addon folder i put it in wrong one for some odd reason

Once its move to add on folder i think i got it just wierd how i have to play it from my HDD. I think i need to re download it to my computer or something.
