Ulduar hard modes - let's do it!

I'd like to plan a time for people to do Ulduar hard modes. I'm missing a lot of those achievements, would love to down Algalon (and Yogg for that matter), and would like a sweet protodrake too!

I would like to schedule a time for this, perhaps this weekend (7/9-7/10-7/11) depending on people's availability. Please post a response with your availability.

Hey dijibarbol or anyone else interested in these hardmodes, I'm happy to discuss each fight on vent given my recent experience getting the 10m HM completed, just PM the details as I cbf writing out each boss here. I'm not sure if you are planning to mbox or sbox the fights, but Thorium, Hodir, Mimron and Yogg are gonna be tricky to mbox given the precise postioning required to beat the bosses.

Hey mate, I've been running with a fairly regular group on my realm on the weekends for the last couple of months, and most of us have gotten our Proto-drakes in the last week or 2.

The HM fights are all very easy, except for Firefighter (omg). Yogg+1 is not easy, but with some practise on Yogg+3 we were able to 2-shot Yogg+1 last weekend.

But Firefighter. OMFG Firefighter. You will wipe, and wipe, and then wipe again. I recommend you set a limited number of wipes per week as this fight is just so insane and people will cry. I have huge respect to the players that did this back in the day, esp pre-nerf.

We down Alganon regularily now, usually 2-shot him, once people know the fight and understand how Big Bang works, he is cake.

But stick at it, the Rusted Proto-Drake is one of the nicest flying mounts in the game, seconded only to the Ironbound Proto-Drake.

While this is interesting, it has nothing to do with LoB. the OP was asking for people who want to run Uldar as LoB

I might be able to bring 2 toons, either both DPS or as hunter/ tree. Weekends are best for me

looks like it's a bad week for Ulduar. Weekly was Ignis so let's try for next week. If it's an Uld weekly again, try to save yourself for heroic mode run.

Kaulan has an Algalon key. Haereses needs IC Hard mode (but not the disc, just to get in and finish quest line) to get one.
