Hihi!
I would very like to try multiboxing, but I will not pay for it, unless I want to continue doing it.
So is there a free trial version of Keyclone, or any other similar program?
Thanks for answers.

Keyclone isn't free and there are no trial versions. But there are free alternatives, take a look in the Software forum. I will however say, none are as easy to configure or work "out of the box" as well as Keyclone.

Thanks for the reply.
Do you have any suggestions to another program I might try?

If you are Multiboxing on a single PC then you should give AutoHotKey a try.
Alternatively there is Octopus which is also great.

yes...
keyclone
if you are looking to spend money on more accounts and not willing to buy the best software for such a project that is just down right retarded.

Hihi, and thanks for the replies!
First: I am currently just using a bunch of free trial accounts, so I'm basically just testing everything for free. If I like it, I will of course pay for the necessary stuff.
I have Autohotkey, and I agree that Keyclone seems a hundred times easier to use. But how do I use autohotkey, really?
And Octopus gives a huge amount of hits on google, of course. So any link to the site containing the program I'm looking for would be appreciated.
Thank you. :)

Ohh, sorry, since I'm guest, I can't edit.
BTW, everything is on a single computer.
Speccs:
Intel Core 2 Due E6750
4GB of RAM
8800GTS 512mb (G92)
(12k points in 3dmark06)
Screen 1: 22" Syncmaster, 1680x1050
Screen 2: 17", 1280x1024
I tried 4 instances of WoW at the same time, and sat everyone to follow in a line. Was something around 30-40 fps in the small windows (800x600), and 25fps in the big (1680x1050)

its stuck in the software forum - Octopus 1.07 - .NET / C++ Hybrid Boxing Software ('http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=1906'). i have some instruction on how to use it for a single PC in the topic, but it wasn't really written for this. It's bound to be easier than writing AHK scripts however. gl.

Thanks for answers. :rolleyes:Just buy keyclone man. Your going to run into so many problems with configuring those other key programs. Keyclone is sooo simple. you say you don't want to pay but really $10 is little and well worth it.

In game type:
/console Maxfps 40 - This will make the selected window run at no higher than 40fps(you could probably use 50)
/console Maxfpsbk 20 - This will make the unselected windows run at no higher than 20fps
Hope that helps

Hihi!
Thank you very much for your informative and useful posts. :)
As said before, I want to try multibox before I eventually buy it, and then I can of course afford KeyClone.
And since I have to pay with PayPal, which I don't have, the first transaction takes some days. So this gives me time to practice.
Again, thank you so much for your help!
If I find multiboxing cool, I will eventually register at the forums as well. :)

If you're going to invest in 1 thing for multiboxing, let it be Keyclone. I'm usually all for trying out all kinds of different non-paid alternatives, but Keyclone just works like a charm and is very affordable. Skip going to McD twice or going to the pub or whatever and get this :P .
