There seems to be a new issue with "some" account that have billing dates from around the 22nd to 24th. Mine is the 24th. First I'm having the 64bit out of memory error, now my Tanks account is not able to log in due to some "known" billing issue, WTF!?! http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=25559988150&sid=1 this sticky says accounts with billing dates of the 22nd.. but its any date after that from the looks of it.
I have two tanks.. but one is Ally and my main tank is horde lol..i cant win 8( The CS call que is full and has been for hours!

The CS queue is ALWAYS full, unfortunately the only way to get into the queue is to keep hitting redial, it takes about 5 - 10 minutes of redial to finally get into the queue with hold times of 30 - 45 minutes.
Their phone suppport REALLY sucks

Their phone support being busy and sucking because it's busy is one thing; but, I would say that once you talk to a human being that their phone support is great. The few times I have had to call, the first language of the person on the other end of the line is English; they've also always taken care of me in timely manner and even got to slip a few jokes into the conversation. Their call center is in the US not in some third world country. If they let EVERYONE wait on hold you'd be waiting on hold for 12 hours... and that doesn't sound like much fun.

Hold Time = time waiting for a rep to speak with you
I actually work for a large US bank call center and the situation that blizzard has would be totally unacceptable.
I actually pity the reps who get customers that have waited so long in the queue, it is very stressful.
We are also totally US based call centers.

I can't imagine a bank call center is handling the same type of retarded computer technical questions that I'm sure the Blizzard queue is filled up with. The general population of WoW isn't that intelligent; I wonder how many of the people calling Blizzard could have just submitted a ticket and gotten their issue handled that way instead of clogging the phone lines.
EDIT: Didn't mean to hijack the thread and my intelligence post is in no way referring to Lyonheart, just to make that clear. :)

I work for the online division and so yes we get a lot of REALLY stupid people calling, we even had a dialup customer wanting to troubleshoot with a tech why her connection was dropping when she used the phone, she only had one phone line ;)

Buddy of mine used to do 1st line phone support for an Inet Provider during his study. 60-80% of their calls (depending if it was a weekday or weekenday) were issues with bad plugged cables, devices not connected/turned on, ... etc
