Leveling during Fire Fest? Don't forget!

Just a heads up during the Midsummer Fire Festival if you go do the Ribbon Dance on one the poles you get a 10% extra EXP boost. Might as well take advantage if you're leveling up some alts or w/e.

This has been a public service announcement- and I also like to randomly capitalize letter.

The buff goes up 3 seconds every few seconds you're spinning with a max of one hour buff, take great use in this.

If this stacks with RAF, I sure hope it also gets multipled by 3 :)
