Boosting while Unrested?

Hi all,
so I am working through some new teams and now that I am at level 63 on the first of those teams, my rested experience has hit 0. For those of you who leveled a ton of alts for their tradeskills, did you just keep going or did you try to rotate and never boost when you were not rested?
Also would I be just faster to quest from 62 to 70?
Looking for insight for those who have done a ton of teams at the same time.

questing is easiest i found, just stay away from looting quests,

i found that quest up to 66,76 and pvp from there onwards till 70, 80

when your winning in bg's i few levels can disappear in an hour or two

I'd say quests aswell. Waiting to get rested will take a lot longer to level.

And if you like BG and you feel you can add something with your team, that's indeed a good bet. Else just quest. Outland has a lot of quests, so you should be able to skip gatherquests with no problem. Nagrand @ 64 to do all the killing quests is pretty awesome.
