How to loot bodies (slave) for quests

Hey guys, I've been learning more about Multiboxing and using HKN (just made my first HotKey a few minutes ago) and I think I understand all that, but I realized that I have a problem because if I want my characters to level at the same rate I need to be able to get the quest items on my slave too. Is there some way to do this using Jamba? I can't seem to find it. Or can I make an in-game macro to loot a body?

Yes and no...

Basically, any sort of auto looting would be considered automation.

However...

If you go into your keybind options, you will see there is an action called "Interact with target" that will allow you to kind of do what you need, though obviously you will need to target the body and then broadcast that keystroke to the slaves.


Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do colleciton quests while multi-boxing (unless they are %100 drop quests) But we have all been through it, your best bet is to chuck on some good music and take your time, or avoid them all together.

I use ISBoxer and Jamba now and collection quests are much easier. Actually, I don't mind doing them now. I used to use keyclone and Jamba, it took a bit longer but collection quests are manageable. I'll "drive" with one toon finish the collection quest, then drive with another and finish the quest with it... etc. I've never played with HKN, but if it has a screen swap function, I've found that useful in doing collections.

There are a couple of quest guides out there that are specific to multiboxing. I'd check those out. As a whole, multiboxers tend to skip the collection quests if possible. I don't anymore because ISBoxer has made collections quite a bit easier.

I pretty much just use the "Interact with target button"". You can iether use 2 buttons or a round robin for the assist then the button. I then drive with my main character and just use the button to get the slaves to loot. It is totally random but as one slave completes the quest then you just continue to fill up the other slaves. Just watch your quest tracker to see whenn all the slaves have completed the quests then complete with the driver. I leave the driver for last so he can easily see if there is still anything on the corpse as indicated by the glitter effect. If so just hit button again and the one of the other slaves will loot the item.

Has made the collection quests alot more doable for me but still a pain most of the time.
