Need some help

Back from work this morning and:

Anyone know how long the suspension last? I have not recieved ANY e-mail from blizzard on either mail adress ( 1 for each account )

This suspension happened on all 5 accounts.

I have not used the accounts for anything else than boxing ( bought them two weeks ago ) and the only software I have used is Keyclone and Synergy. 4 Shamans on my laptop and 1 druid on my main computer.

Anyone else had anything similiar? Sending ticket to a GM once I can log back in. Do they usually do 72 hour or something?

Hmm long long time ago I had an account suspended for 72 hours ( I believe that's how long they do it ) But my message indicated it was tempory whilst yours doesn't :/

Interesting, they have always done emails in every interaction I have ever had, & I have had a few, as I occasionally use colorful language :cursing: with idiots
that is technically against the TOS :whistling: .

I can't speak about more serious offenses, but my guess is that you should have an email coming as part of the process.

I see what looks to be a Nostromo system tray icon.. were you using any external macros that automated gameplay in any way? People have been banned for automating parts of gameplay with G15 keyboard macros..

I find myself being very nice to everyone who talks to me simply because I don't want to deal with the hassle of being reported from anyone with a grudge.. check the email Bliz sends for the reason you were banned and get back to us.

No I dont have Nostromo, I just downloaded the software for it to check it out before I would purchase it.
