This is driving my CRAZY. I've spent over an hour searching these forums and Google for the answer to no avail. So here it goes...
For now, I'm dual boxing a Warlock as my main and a Druid as my healbot. Eventually a Shaman or another Druid will be my main with the same Druid as my healbot, but this is not important.
Right now, I'd like to set up Grid so that when I'm running random dungeons, I can DPS as usual with my Warlock but Ctrl+LeftClick, Ctrl+RightClick, Shift+LeftClick, etc. the Grid boxes (which would be enabled and in the same position on both my Warlock and my Druid) so that the Druid can be casting Rejuv, Regrowth, and Healing Touch on the members in Grid.
From what I understand, all I need to do is clone this keymodifiers+mouseclicks between the two copies of WoW. I have Keyclone and AutoHotKey. I've heard that Keyclone has too much of a delay with this, but I can't find ANY information on how to do this with either Keyclone or AHK. Will someone please help me?

I tried the following code in AutoHotKey, but it didn't do anything at all
Send +{Click} ; Shift+LeftClick
Send +{Click, right} ; Shift+RightClick
Send ^{Click} ; Control+LeftClick
I have Grid positioned in the same place on each screen, and Clique is set up on my Druid to cast the healing spells with the Shift and Ctrl modifiers with mouse clicks. These modifiers with the mouseclicks work fine on my Druid, but the clicks aren't being cloned when I do them from the Lock.
I just realized that this is probably because the actual mouse movement isn't being cloned. Is there a way to do this? Or am I going about this all wrong?

Come to the light... ISBoxer is your friend... you won't regret it!

I'd also like to know about this.... All the old autohotkey information seems to be buried, not many of us use it these days!

I'm seriously considering moving to ISBoxer. My toons are still in their teens, and it's just going to get more and more complicated as they grow up. With information about other programs so difficult to find, it's probably best in the long run to switch now. I currently have two separate copies of my WoW folder. Is this necessary? Or can I just run the same WoW.exe twice with ISBoxer?

Get ISBoxer, watch the video on starting accounts (it's only a couple minute long and well done) and you'll be off an running. If you haven't been using HKN or some other program and created complicated FTL, PiP, round robin, etc, then you may not recognize how freaking nice ISBoxer is because it will all seem automatic.

I have to throiw in with IS/Boxer. It is as easy to get started as Lax says. I am terribad at these things, and I used HKN prior. I only use the most basic of magros. I watched and tries ISboxer and made a team is 47 seconds. You have to do some things first (make sure Innerspace is running, log on to each toon you want on your team, one ata time or all at once, then restart everything first with ISboxer.) With help here you to can be as good as Fenril.

I haven't read these threads through yet, but intend to when I get time. Hopefully they are relevant:

You can use Grid (+GridCustomLayouts and +Clique - to interpret the clicks), Healbot, Vuhdo, or OpenRDX for your frames.
Whatever way you go, you need a fixed order whether its alphabetical or whatever... so the top box (frame) is the same toon on every screen.
Cannot help you on the AHK, but you'll need to pass clicks with and without modifiers.
Pretty sure you can use macros and not just spells for most of these; I know Clique and Vuhdo can interpret a click as a specific spell or as a macro.
