Hi all, I tried working on this problem late until the morning. I followed ualuas (sp) guide as close as I can..

I use the custom layout, and put Order=NAME; right there. I thien change all groupss to reflect this , But still, it does not alphabetize the List.

For example, with two toons, it will always be like this.

{Waylonso }{ Tamai} and {Tamai}{waylonso} respectfully.

When I add more toons, it goes even crazier.

{waylonso}{Tamai}{Nearlonso}{runinlonso}{Jumpinlon so}

and

{Tamai}{{Waylonso}{ the rest in random order}

I don't even use the grid/click for repeaters on the other toons, just the tank Waylonso, and heals Tamai. Now I have searched this forum, did google searches, etc. but All I see is the same thing. To put Order=NAME; in the custom layout, save it, and go on.

what in the world am I doing wrong here? I haven't even tried to figure out how or where to try and put the names in an order manually. Heck, even setting up repeater zones, which I thought would be tough, is easy as cake. I just can't get the name list to be the same on two accounts.

you guys always come through for me, And I hate asking for help like this again, esp. when it is probably something really simple I am missing. but Being the resident, Okie, many is the day I can't see the forest for all the trees.

Type:

/Grid Config
Click Layouts, then Custom Layouts, then New

For specific names, I use:

ToonA,ToonB,ToonC,ToonD,ToonE;sortMethod = "LIST"
n1;NOR
n2;NOR
n3;NOR
n4;NOR
n5;NOR

For an alphabetical list, I use:

order=NAME;

Thanks ualaa, I'll play with it some more tonight. I think I may know what my problem is.

After I enter in order=NAME; , and save it, It appears in the little box up top. , after looking at your picture again over on the ISboxer site, that it should show up in the big black box below.

I never tried to enter text there, So I think that is what is stopping me. Gonna try it tonight and see how it goes.

I had this issue too, but I fixed it on the spot by playing around, adding one name at a time, no quotes, and i forgot where the spaces were, try using the default code and :Fxv,Fx,Fx,Fx I think thats what I did

I'd be totally jazzed if Xpearl had this capability. I just like the interface so much more.
