Lagged out by MSN

Hi, I've been dual boxing with a couple rogues, and it's been a blast so far. There's only one annoying little thing that I can't figure out. When I played just one account, I never played windowed mode. But now I've switched to windowed mode, in case I have to switch back and forth.

Now my MSN, and other pop up alerts I get from my toolbar are lagging my WoW windows out. Any stupid email alert completely freezes my screen, until it dissapears I can't do anything. Really annoying when I'm in the middle of combat. I've been forced to completely shut everything off when I'm running wow, and even then little windows alerts might pop up occasionally.

Anyway, I don't know why such a little thing is causing me so much annoyance, but maybe someone knows whats going on. Right now I'm getting along fine, but I really like to keep my msn open while i'm on my computer.

In WoW's video settings, set "Multisampling" to "1x". Hopefully that'll fix it.

Well, my graphics card took a dump, and as I have no on board video, I had to wait until I got it fixed before I could reply back. My situation has remained unchanged, and the multi-sampling was already at the 1x setting. Thanks for the idea though Seffles. I just got back on WoW again and I had a Java update balloon that lagged me out in the middle of a fight.
