I'm newly back to multiboxing after a break of about a year, and trying out ISBoxer because the PiP features are intriguing. I can definitely see that it will be quite useful once I can figure out how to use it correctly, but I'm experiencing some set-up hitches. The main thing I can't seem to figure out is Interact with Target. I set up the keybinding, but it isn't doing anything. Follow, etc are all working, but nothing I do seems to trigger the alts to interact with the target.

Do you have click-to-move enabled?
What he's having an issue with is the generated Interact with Target key in ISBoxer, which temporarily turns on CTM for you long enough to do the interact. This mapped key by default does not have a Hotkey for you to activate it, and depending on your particular WoW configuration may not immediately work -- that's because some people don't have an IWT key configured and others apparently don't get their bindings cached.
The quick and dirty fix is to go into the Interact with Target mapped key (under General) and modify Step 1. The bottom action in Step 1 is supposed to send the interact key to all, but for some cases (as above) it wont. Delete it (you can right click, and select Delete, or left click and press the Delete key). Then make a new Keystroke Action -- to do so, right click Actions and under Keystroke Actions, select Keystroke Action. Set the Target to "Window: All w/ Current". Set the Key Combination to your in-game IWT key (configured in the Targeting section of WoW's Key Bindings window). Export and you're done
