Want a macro that when i press it will mash for example, Button 1, then 2 then 3 and just keep cycleing like that , regardless of whether or not an ability on those buttons is actually ready, is this possible?

This will only work if you have a castsequence on each button to allow for their cooldowns, otherwise it will get caught on the first spell it encounters that can't yet be cast.

Keyclone does this.

Check out click castsequence.
Bigfish has a thread in the macro forum.
Jafula has a macro thread, which is a sticky.
The first post links to Bigfish's thread, as well as to the wiki with a lot of examples of this.
It is a priority system.
Where the first spell that is available casts.
And you determine with commas (no action on this click), how long until the first spell is ready to cast again.
While a given spell is on a comma stage, the next spell that is not on a comma can cast.

You make one button your non proc DPS button, the next button over is your proc DPS button. This can be done using commas and /click macros. Procs can be a bitch to manage depending on how many you're going to be dealing with and how precise you want to be. This is the reason why managing Eclipse isn't feasible with multiple Boomkin.

The easiest will be to still go with your click sequence.
But to use an addon like MSBT or Jamba Procs, to notify you when you have a proc.
Once you know you have a proc, then hit your separate hotkey for the proc.
If its something like Eclipse, where the proc gets you an ongoing state rather then a one-time bonus...
Then a toggle like effect (have an example like this in my IS Boxer guide) might be better.
Honestly, you're probably better off approximating Eclipse and not worrying about managing DPS when there's positioning and healing to cover, but it is an option.
But for something like Hotstreak, make a macro to take advantage of it.
Include a stopcasting, and mash it until the buff is used.
For example, normal non-proc DPS is on button 1.
Mage proc is on button 2 for the mage, but it is the normal DPS mashing for everyone else.
So it makes no difference on everyone else if you're mashing 1 or 2.
But for the mage, it makes a total difference.

I am not sure what you are intending it for, but I have a set up sort of like this for my ret pallies and enh shammy for maelstrom/Art of War procs.
On my main cast bar key 2 is bound to button 2. Button 2 is my main dps click sequence for each toon. I found that if I added in a macro for /cast exorcism /stopcasting, I could cast exorcism whenever it was up but it would stall my click sequence if it came up without being off cooldown. Similar issue with the shammy except I used lightning bolt instead which did not have a cooldown, thus solving the problem.
For the Pallies I bound the exorcism macro to button 3 and key 3. In Isboxer I just added another step to my ftldps keys. Now when I spam key 2, on downpress, it sends key 2 to WoW but on up press it sends key 3. If exorcism is on cooldown, it does not stall the sequence, if it is off cooldown, it will fire 50% of the time.
I am not sure if you could achieve the same effect by bindind 2 key actions to the one step as I assume this would send the keypresses simultaneous. I am not sure if WoW would give some sort of precedence to one over the other or just not accept the keypress at all however.
Hope this is what you are after.
Cheers
