Sorry my english isnt very good yet. i cant post at the german section...so i decided to post it here

I have a lil problem with jamba. i created 2 shamans. my slave is shown as online in the teamlist, but my main is offline. i changed the channel and send it directly to my slave. but i have the same problem.

someone knows this problem and can help me?

--------------german--------------

Da ich irgentwie nicht ins deutsche Forum schreiben kann, schreib ich jetzt einfach hier rein.

Also ich hab ein Problem bei Jamba. Habe mir zwei Schamanen gemacht.

Your english is pretty damn good!!

I've done this quite a few times :o Check your channel name and password again... make sure they are exact on both toons. Then click the change channel bar. You can change the channel names, but unless you click that bar that actually changes the channel, one toon will still be on the default team channel.

If that doesn't work, I wouldn't know what else it could be.

Also, don't forget that Jamba may take up to 30-45 seconds to "synchronize" the people it sees as online.

I have this problem before when I am not using the default channel set by Jamba. After reading through this forum, someone suggested to just use the default chat channel setting.

From that day onwards, the problem of one of the team members is offline had disappear.

This is quite a common issue. I think I run into it almost each time I create a new team :o.

Firstly, check under the social tab that all your toons really are in the channel you specified in the settings of jamba. If one or more toons are shown offline, then at least a toon will necessarily be missing there.

Then, for any toon that hasn't joined the channel, under jamba settings , retype both channel name & password even if they look correct and be sure to click the little "ok" button which will appear. Log out & log in again, everything should be fine once and for all. I don't think that "Push settings" will be of any help here, you really have to type channel name & password in each toon's window.
