This is always a constantly changing number, but for people interested in joining us, and since a lot of people in guild wonder what the actual numbers are, I was bored enough to actually count. My numbers may / may not be +/- 1 or 2, but other wise pretty accurate (Still waiting on the 20% buff to my math skills)

There are QQers here too, but they are pretty few and far between, thanks to Fur and the original boxers taking most of the initial hate, I hardly get any hate at all. We have a couple boxers on at Aussie times too, Eeny is an aussie iirc, and Mokoi is in Korea timezone.

One thing I wanted to throw out there for people interested in coming over. The social aspect of the guild is what you make of it. /G is pretty dead most times despite my efforts. I dont know maybe theres a party going on on vent. Anyways, not trying to discourage people. Just wanted to throw that out there.

yah it happens in any guild really, but more so in ours because it's just a matter of a lot of people doing their own thing. it doesnt' take much to get things going though.

Really? I thought it was decent. I mean it's not the most social guild of all time or anything but I've found plenty of ppl to talk too. I think it's just that sometimes ppl are a bit busy focusing on all 5 toons.

I've noticed this too. Guild chat comes and goes... but I suspect that's the nature of the 'boxing world though.

And I'll be totally honest - getting 'boxers organized to do things together is like herding cats! It takes a ton of patience and a lot of understanding. When you're a hardcore 'boxing, your mindset is in a silo, whether you realize it or not.. so functioning in a large group (raid) forces people to step out of that role for a second.

But when everyone actually does get together, its freaking awesome at the death and destruction we can all pump out.

So far I have ran 10 man VOA, Naxx, OS, Ulduar, & ICC with a fellow 5 boxer. Granted the Ulduar and Naxx were weekly raid quest. We have killed the VOA boss and yesterday Merc and I killed the first 2 in ICC. It's a pain in the ass but its pretty rewarding to know you just killed something using 2 people. I look forward to doing more 10 mans with other boxers. It's a big challenge and pretty dang fun.

I've been in my fair share of guilds.. from social, to casual, to hardcore endgame.. I've not yet encountered one as difficult as this to organize things with. At least, not with this number of people "interested" in going, but not willing to actually GO.

LoB is a pretty curious creature. Fur told me when I came over, and I witnessed it regularly first hand when he was still leading monday night raids. it's a very unique situation.

Its like pulling teeth to get a pre-formed raid. Most of the time we have to do a spur of the moment type of thing. After last nights PvP run on Thral it sure would be nice to do that more often. Was a blast and the more boxers (single/multi) the better :)
