anyone use vuhdo that can help me?

I installed vuhdo and tried to configure it for my priest.
left click = flash heal
right click = greater heal
center click = renew
4th button = power word:shield

everything works fine... out of combat that is.
once my priest has entered combat, left & right click don't seem to do anything.
I can only renew and shield.

my team doesn't need much healing so it took me while to figure out it wasn't working.
nothing worse than needing a big heal and nothing happens.

I dont really have an answer to your question but for me...

Sometimes my shaman stops responding to clicks.... I have to switch to the shaman and then back to whichever character i was driving and then vuhdo starts responding.

not sure why this happens. might be something for you to try.

Do the spells work when you click on buttons? Sometimes my purge/cure spells won't fire in combat, not sure why but I can focus and use them, and alt-use on me. Are you using IS regions?

Check your regions to make sure they are perfect in position and size. I have had 0 trouble with VuhDo. I'm on vacation but I'll log in later and comb through the settings for an out of combat setting or something.

There are some options in vuhdo to react differently in and out of combat. Try looking through the different options in the spell tab.

I was driving from the priest so it wasn't a repeater region issue.
I did see a "hostile" tab but I couldn't figure out how to disable it.
which means it's doing something like "assist" instead of casting a heal.
anyone else using vuhdo?

that was it!
I changed the "hostile" spells to match my other selections and now it casts the same spells in or out of combat

i've used vuhdo for about a year now i think. i haven't encountered your problem yet though it's nice to know for reference. i just wish they have a profile per character instead of sharing it with all in the account - at least that's what it seems like. it's also a bummer that the buff/aura frames aren't as configurable in terms of size/opacity/texture/etc as the bars themselves. i use vuhdo in conjunction with isboxer - works great!

You can save individual profiles for characters. If you've downloaded a newer version in the past week, this option appears under the tools tab at the bottom. For the older version it was at the bottom of the general tab. The newer version seems to hold all of the settings instead of just location.

Vuhdo is a great tool, but also - atleast for me - difficult to setup as I would like to.

F.eks. I want to keep my main dr00d in stance when reviving even out of combat. I can't make this work even though the option "keep Stance" have been ticked.

I also spend alot of time trying to make it work properly in the beginnig because all my healing is macroes since I use different stances and therefore can't just drag spells into the different spell boxes.
If you use macros the Target=Vuhdo is the way to go, AND remember to redrag your macro if you alter something, or else Vuhdo won't update the macro like the standard UI does. This took me like +1 hour to figure out - Lol

You can just use a macro instead of the ability name

/cast [stance:0] rebirth or whatever it is

If you have ISboxer it saves your .WTF files into virtual files so each toon can have different settings.
