New to the whole healer thing... 4 lock + resto druid

Looking for some opinions on the best way to go about healing for this team. Should i lead with the healer and have "mouseover" type macros? Should i change the settings in ISboxer to not pass keys to healer and do it purely by mouse with clique + grid? A bit confused on where to go with this >_>

I would go with IS Boxer repeater regions.
Put your healer into their own Action Target Group.
And pass the clicks to that ATG as your target.
Then check KVM mode, so the current window does not receive any clicks.

That way, any screen you're on... the click does not change your target.
But even with the KVM on, the target (healer) receives the click.

I like Grid + Grid Custom Layouts + Clique, but that's not the only option.
Vuhdo and Healbot both do everything you need in a single addon.
All you need is a fixed order for the frames.
And something to interpret the clicks (only Grid needs the extra addon for this).

Probably something like:
Alt + Left = Rejuvenation
Ctrl + Left = Lifebloom
Shift + Left = Regrowth
Alt + Right = Wild Growth
Ctrl + Right = NS + Healing Touch
Or whatever spells you will use the most.
I personally don't like Left or Right click (without modifiers) as that prevents you from picking a target or opening trade with the healer toon.

When you open up your in game GUI to setup the repeater regions the KVM option is right there.
