probably better off with a 5 button mouse and a G13. I think a way to remember all the buttons would be a bar addon calling each square the mouse button name using WoW icons to show the spell.

I'm not buying another mouse no matter how sexy unless it's an ergo mouse that tilts my wrist 30* or more to the outside. I've been borrowing a friend's Microsoft Natural Ergo 6000 and it's definitely helped things. Still looking for the perfect mouse and even been looking at ergo trackballs lately.

I think my Razer Naga is probably better than this uncomfortable monster.
Just gotta take the time to make a setup for my naga so I can actually start using it >.>

when i first got my Razar Naga, I though why couldn't they put all those buttons on top, Left , right click and wheel can go above the thumb. Because mainly the back rows were so hard to reach; you also have to twist your index finger for the side buttons. Now I see this OP's link and I am not so sure.
