I am running 3 accounts now. Currently I am leveling 3 druids. On my 2 dummy accounts I have the following macro:

/assist <my main's name>
/cast wrath

However sometimes the dummy account's wont target the thing my main account has targeted. Is there a way to make sure the dummy accounts target my main's target every time?

Could be lag, if you switch targets quickly during casting, the slaves haven't had a signal that your main has switched. You could stop casting for a second when you switch targets, that normally helps for me. I have this problem occasionally even with FTL setup with IS.

I had the same problem as well. The solution was to get used to it. :-) I usually double tap (zombie land rule #2) my assist key as well (habit). Basically, you need to to give the assist command time to go to the server and back again.

I don't want my alts to do anything if they don't have the correct target, so I put the target in my casts.
/cast [@focus-target] DPSSpell
If they have a dead mob, or none, or don't know what my main is doing, they don't do anything.

Untested.. maybe something like:

/Cleartarget
/assist [target=Leader'sName]
/stopmacro [noharm]
/cast Spell

On my pala, as a healer - I allways set the tank as my focus.

and for Judgement of the tanks target I use

/cast [@focustarget, harm] Judgement of Light

works in groups - raid and as a boxer

I have always had this problem. I spam my /assist 3x. The only thing i can think of is lag. multiple accts takes bandwith. Get partytargets and partycasting from curse.com or wowinterface.com.

A unit frames addon, which shows target of party members is decent.
I'm using Pitbull 3.x.
But there are a lot of options out there in that regard.

Basically the main targets something.
You press your assist key, which has the slave ask the server what the main is targeting, the server then responds, but that is roughly double your latency as a delay.

If you switch from one target to another quickly, you'll basically have double your latency as a delay, before the clones/slaves are on the same mob.
If you set focus (pvp for example) on all of them for one target, you can dps another target... and the switch back to focus is virtually instant, since each already has a focus target set and knows immediately what their focus is.
But aside from targeting your focus (or casting at your focus), there's the delay between one toon selecting a mob and the others assisting the first toon.
