Alright... so i've set it up and i'm having the following problems.
1. My fps is like 20, opposed to using keyclone where i get 60... do i need to manually set my max FPS in game or something?
2. My password won't enter when using all key broadcast unless i copy/paste it for whatever reason.
1. In order to provide perfect mouse broadcasting and instant window swapping, the windows are all running at the main resolution (Swap can be disabled in your Window Layout if you want). This results in higher cpu/gpu usage than you had with keyclone, so you get lower FPS. What we usually do is turn down all video settings on the toons that are usually in the background. I also personally run with my background windows at 15 fps (foreground at 30 or 60), since it seems to work just as well and that keeps my cpu/gpu usage down. The FPS settings in ISBoxer are per Slot in your Character Set.
2. Sounds like you've got some alt-codes in your password and unfortunately that doesn't broadcast correctly (apparently this isn't a common problem or otherwise hasn't been reported). I'll have to look into that

No, there are only alphanumeric variables.

For the password, I do this:
1. Press Keymaps on hotkey.
2. Press Keymaps off hotkey.
3. Press Repeater on hotkey.
4. Enter Password.
5. Tab.
6. Enter Authenticator.
7. Press Enter...
Not sure why, but when I'm at the Password screen, the Keymaps are sometimes on and sometimes off, even if the M1/M2 lights on my G15 show them to be in one state or the other.
But pressing once to enable and then once again to disable (keymaps) and then pressing Repeater to enable that, and it always works... And once I'm in game, having 'synced' them at the password screen, it's always good from there onwards.
Oh, then yeah just disable Key Maps during password entry with shift+alt+m ;)

My password wouldn't type properly and after a bit of digging realized that I didn't add a new Key Map group to the keymaps hotkey. So, while I was disabling all the pre-installed keymaps, it wasn't disabling the new set that I had created.

Thx, got it all figured out and a buncha other stuff. Solo cleared occ the other night :-D
I'm sort of having a password issue as well. I don't use the keyboard for much anymore. I've got all the keys I need mapped between my N52, and my Naga. Whenever I try to use my N52 to key in my password, It works on the main screen but does not pass to the others. In game the N52 broadcasts keystrokes most of the time, but if I swap screens, it sometimes stops broadcasting to the "Slaves." This is hit or miss, but when my N52 stops passing, my naga stops passing as well. I have checked for mana on my toon(s), GCD's and the dreaded chat box being open... I have to turn broadcasting off, then back on, then turn repeating off before things get back to normal. It only happens once in a while, but it got me flagged and booted from an AV the other day while I was trying to figure things out. Again, this only happens after a swap.
I haven't changed the parameters from the wizard other than to set my own regions. On one team, I'm running two clients on one PC with 3 regions. On the other teams I'm running 3 clients 4 regions one PC. For some reason I get a better frame rate with the 3 client teams.

A lot of the mapped keys, enable something for the current window.
If you are broadcasting your mouse, from the current window, then the non-active windows are moving their mouse as the active window moves. But if you switch windows, you are now in an inactive (mouse broadcasting) window; you'd need to sync up the clients by turning broadcasting off then on, or better yet disable it prior to the switch and then switch and enable it.
ahhh... ok. Thanks!! So could I map alt-tab to toggle broadcasting and swap at the same time? Or would that not be wise?
Worked well. sync'd my clients during log in. No more issues. Not too much of a pain either. Thanks Ualaa. I've used Keyclone up until recently, but man, I'm really liking Innerspace and ISboxer. Makes it so collection quests are tolerable. Swaping windows is so easy and clean. I can tell I'm going to need to do some hardware upgrades though. I can't deal with the slow FPS. Drops pretty low... occasionally 6 or 7 FPS. I've got all my settings on low. It doesn't stay that low for long, but in BG's I'm looking at no more than 15 FPS.
I'm not trying to bad mouth keyclone. That's an awsome product at a great price, and I'll always have it.
