How do you open the get license window?

After I installed, and Unblock, I don't see the get license window.

click upper left corner.. select 'about keyclone...' and hit 'get license'

alternatively, right-click the tool tray icon (looks like an ice cube) and select 'About Keyclone v1.7'.. and hit 'get license'
