From noob to pro, here is the progress on setting up my team
Setting this up has gone pretty good so far but I feel like Im currently up against a wall. Some tips regarding the points highlighted in red color would be greatly appreciated :)

:D 1. Reset all macro and keybindings
:D 2. Update addons
:D 3. Install ISBoxer
:D 4. Enable hotkeys for mouse and keyboard repeating
:D 4. Assign CPU cores & Sort window layout
:D 5. Setup a Team and have basic functions working:
:D - Fast switching of 'hot' character
:D - FTL Follow
:D -FTL DPS buttons
:D 6. Push and hold Broadcast Repeater enabled by holding TAB button (not toggle) + FTL DPS Buttons configured to work only when TAB is pressed
:D 7. Dynamic Spread/Formation working
:D 8. Set up new macros and keybinds
:D 9. Cant think of anything else I need so that should be ready for BG's at this point, or add more to my list.

Yay, all done! This is a new experience, so much fun :)

First off, you want "use FTL Modifiers" to be set to default, and not on or off.
That is true for all mapped keys, except these three:
- FTL Assist Me
- FTL Target Me
- FTL Follow Me

The FTL DPS Keys should look like this:
- Hotkey: 1
- One Step
a) Do Mapped Key - FTL Assist Me (Target: Current Window)
b) Send 1 to all windows.

Same deal for the others.

If you only want the FTL Keys to work while Tab is held...
Create a mapped key with two steps, executing on press or release.
Step 1 - Enables the FTL DPS Keymap.
Step 2 - Disables the FTL DPS Keymap.

I'd probably look into removing FTL Assist, from the mapped keys.
And then having a mapped key for FTL Assist Me, to manually change target.
Or perhaps have a sticky targeting option; I'm pretty sure Zanthor had a post, where the slaves didn't change targets if their target was alive, unless you hit the assist key.

I generally play with Keymaps on and Repeater off.
And then just disable Keymaps, when I want to chat.

For the dynamic groups...

The basic idea is to have a slightly different mapped key, based on the slot number.
When a given slot becomes the leader, instead of the default JambaWhatever running, this mapped key runs.

You also need an Action Target Group, for each of the other toons (slaves).
At least one ATG for each direction of movement.

The "Slot X is Leader" mapped keys, have to remove everyone from all of these dynamic ATG's.
And after that, place each of the slaves in their own ATG.

Once you have each slave in their own ATG...
Then you can create formation keys, which use the ATG's as targets.
You could go with a lot of different formations.
I just use a spread out version.
There's a lot more detail in my guide on these, as well as a post floating around the software forum on this specifically.

Thanks a ton Ualaa! <3
I unbinded the shift 1 through 6 buttons (default action bar swap buttons) and FTL DPS buttons work now, and also found your guide on dynamic formations and got that working too. Cant wait for the weekend to come so I can finish polishing and making macros :)
