Ok first off im a complete noob to duelboxing. I play on a mac so i use clonekey and not keyclone because keyclone does not work for me. I would like to know how i get one WoW to ignore commands from a second one.
Also is there an addon to setup my WoWs vertically or horizontally? any help would be appreciated.

there is a sticky about using Bat files to set up wows vertically/horizontally... I know KeyClone also has a feature for that, but I don't know if the mac version does?
as far as making certain keys not be passed on, I'm of no help when it comes to CloneKey... GL!

if you dont want keys to be passed in CloneKeys the best you can do is go to the Preferences and click edit override hotkey and set that... all it does is pause and unpause the program... thats the best i got sorry

Any keys you dont want sent to all clients can be specified in the black list section of the settings.

Also if you want certain keys to only go to certain characters, just unbind the key you dont want used on the certain client. For example, if "1" triggers a heal on your healer just unbind "1" on the other character and nothing will happen on them while it triggers the heal on the other.
