Automatically run to mob

If I remember correctly when playing LOTRO (about 2 years ago) there was an ingame option to have a melee character automatically run to to the mob when initiating an attack. Can this be done in WoW as well?

Yes you can move :) in interface - mouse -> click-to-move (enable this) and from keybindings you can find interact with target
