I have the auto sell and repair, and map quest. I heard Jamba is good but I dont really understand how to use it. And is there one to show you how much damage you do or when your spells are ready?

I primarily use Auctioneer for auction related stuff.
But recommend Quick Auctions, for any group of items which you want to list, cancel and relist (undercut).
For boxing, Jamba is nearly essential.
Beyond that everything is personal taste.
A damage meter like Recount can identify if a given toon is lagging behind the group.
I like a unit frame addon like Pitbull.
Use it to display target of my party members, all in one place to verify the team is on the same target.
Many like a bar addon such as Dominos or Bartender; I use the default bars.
A healer frame, like Grid, Vuhdo, Healbot or OpenRDX is nice.
With mouse broadcasting you can use this to heal anyone on your team/raid/battleground with your healer while on any toon.
If you raid or do heroics, Deadly Boss Mods is great to tell you to get out of stuff, or that the aerial phase is coming soon.
Altoholic can let you view the inventory and bank space of all of your toons, and can be synced across accounts even.

With Jamba, you have it on each account, and put all of your toons into the same team.
Basically pick an initial leader toon, and add each of your slave toons to the leader's Jamba.
And have the initial toon as the leader on this account.
Then switch to each other account, and add only the leader to the secondary accounts.
On the secondary accounts choose the initial account toon as the master toon.
Once this is done, go to the master account and select "Push Settings to other Characters".
Now they should all have the same settings and the full team.
So you can make changes to any of them, and then push the settings across.
For a quest person, you would target the quest npc.
Hit your assist key so the slaves have the npc targeted.
Ideally have Click to Move enabled on all the slaves (interface - mouse options).
And have an Interact With Target keybind (keybindings - targeting functions).
And the slaves would run up to the npc and interact with it.
Any option you pick with the main, the others should copy.
With the exception of quest rewards, which follow the quest settings you have in Jamba.
Everyone do the same, everyone pick their own reward etc.
Khatovar has a post/guide to Jamba.
Pretty sure its a sticky post in one of the forums.

I'd say Jamba is a pretty good addon, but I might be a little biased. :) Reading this thread should help with your understanding of Jamba:

Hi. My name is "Jayar" and I am addon addict.
MANY addons are a personal taste sort of thing, so don't be afraid to experiment.
Jamba
Multiboxer Gold. It automates a tremendous number of things. There are modules I don't use, and modules that I turn off because I have other addons I prefer for those functions, but the core MB bits are wonderful. Being able to push configuration info to the slaves is wonderful.
Smartbuff
I like Smartbuff and I have the "smartbuff key" macro'd into my "Follow Me" key, so everytime I form up after a combat all my toons refresh any missing buffs.
Unitframes (many available)
I use Pitbull, but it has a bit of learning curve. X-perl and Shadowed unitframes offer much of the same core functionality and are a bit easier to configure out of the box. The important parts: Ability to arrange and move frames (as a multiboxer you will probably become pretty particular about where things that are clicked need to be) Heal prediction/estimation.
Button Bar Replacement
This is less important for multiboxing because you end up doing less clicking, however I enjoy having control over where the buttons are placed and the ability to hide and show them as I want. I use Bartender. Macaroon is much more powerful but requires a more fiddling to get "just right".
Auction Addon
Auctioneer is the Grand Dame. It does a thousand and one things and has some very advanced models built into to its analysis functions. It can also be a bit of a pig when it comes to resources. I use auctioneer on my bank toon and Auctionlite on one of multibox toons. I am considering dropping auctioneer altogether, but I've used it since the dawn of time, so I haven't dropped it yet.
Map Addon
I weep for death of Cartographer. I am currently using Mapster, but it is a weak replacement for my dear friend Cartographer. As I understand it, there are modules (handy notes?) that you can add to Mapster to get some of the functions back.
Gathering
One of the downsides of Multiboxing is that you can only "track" one resource at a time. One way around that is get a gathering addon that allows you to import data files. Gatherer and Gathermate are the two big kids on the block. You put them on your "driving toon", import the historical data files and turn on herbalism and mining nodes. This isn't perfect, but it makes gather a little bit easier.
I also like Omen, Lightheaded (on my main) an inventory/bag management addon.

Just a note on Jamba:
I got it after reading posts such as the ones above.
Downloaded it and pretty much got a huge return for very little configuration. I still don't really know all it does but it made my boxing life much easier!
