I'm probably one of the only people still left doing dailies, but I don't mind them, and since I don't really play the AH, it's a nice income for me. <Legion of Boom> has a couple fresh 80s and people nearing 80, so I figured I'd update my routine for the current patch and toss this out there.

Requirements:

This is for the Alliance Horde can do similar.

Must have the Argent Tournament Champion's Dailies Open (Threat From Above, Battle Before the Citadel) If you don't have these open, just do the opening quests instead, or in addition to.

Must have opened up the dailies at the Shadow Vault + Skybreaker

You'll get 238g on each toon.
Total: 1,163g in ~ 1-1.5 hours (not Counting vendor trash / greens)

Pickup:
Turn In:
Fly
Start in Dalaran, Fly to the Tournament Grounds

Pickup: You've Really Done It This Time, Kul
Pickup: Taking Battle To The Enemy
Pickup: Threat From Above
Pickup: Battle Before The Citadel

Fly east and do You've Really Done It This Time, Kul. The mobs you'll be killing also give you the kills you need for Taking Battle To The Enemy, but don't worry if you finish You've Really Done It.. before you finish the 15 cultists, you'll kill more cultists later, or you can finish them off now, it's up to you.

Fly south to the Skybreaker.

Pickup: Drag and Drop
Pickup: No Rest for the Wicked
Pickup: Blood of the Chosen
Pickup: Slaves to Saronite

Fly down to the mountain base and pickup the escort quest Assault by ground, once completed, finish off the last few kills for Blood of the Chosen. Then fly up to the cave and do Slaves to Saronite

Fly over the mountain and go do Battle Before The Citadel.
Fly back north to the edge of the mountain and do Drag and Drop.
Flyup to the platform above you with the Alliance banners hanging off it.
Pickup: & Do: Static Shock Troops: the Bombardment This is a vehicle quest, you talk to the NPC behind the quest giver and you'll be thrown into a flying mount on a static route. 2 of the 3 mobs you need are walking on the ground below, so you'll need to bomb them. The 3rd mob is the flying gargolyes. How I handle this is 4x bombers and 1 gunner. I manually move my mouse to different positions so that I'm bombing a wider area and I control the gunner and shoot the gargolyes. Once you're done, you can exit the vehicle and you'll be caught by a rescure ship that will take you back to the quest giver. Sometimes you'll have issues of getting everyone in a bomber at the same time. If someone else is currently doing the quest it will tell that it's waiting on another bomber, this can be a PITA, but in my experience there isn't usually anyone else doing this so it's pretty easy to complete.

Turn in: Static Shock Troops: the Bombardment

Fly north and Do No Rest for the Wicked If you haven't finished the 15 cultists, you will here.
Fly east and DO Threat From Above
Fly north to the Shadow Vault
Pickup: Leave Our Mark
Pickup: Vile Like Fire
Pickup: Shoot 'Em Up

Fly East and Do Leave Our Mark. This is a nice quest because you can use the item one all toons at the same time on the same dead mob, if you have low latency, you'll get 5x credit. I've never had to do more than 5 kills to get the 15x credit.

Do Shoot 'Em Up. I use ISBoxer and this is a PRIME example of how mouse repeater is amazing. I mount 5 guys on the guns, and toggle mouse repeater and blast away. If you're not using ISBoxer, you should be.

Fly South and Do Vile Like Fire
Fly South West to Death's Rise
Pickup: From Their Corpses, Rise!
Pickup: No Fly Zone

You don't have to use the provided mount for No Fly Zone. I just go land on parts of the walls and kill the flyers and then use the quest item to get credit for From Their Corpses, Rise! as well.

Fly back to Death's Rise
Turn In: From Their Corpses, Rise!
Turn In: No Fly Zone
Fly to the Shadow Vault
Turn In: Leave Our Mark
Turn In: Vile Like Fire
Turn In: Shoot 'Em Up
Fly back to the Sky Breaker
Turn In: Drag and Drop
Turn In: No Rest for the Wicked
Turn In: Blood of the Chosen
Turn In: Slaves to Saronite
Fly down to the mountain base
Turn In: Assault By Ground
Fly to the Tournament Grounds
Turn In: You've Really Done It This Time, Kul
Turn In: Taking Battle To The Enemy
Turn In: Threat From Above
Turn In: Battle Before The Citadel

Now I actually have 1 of my toons collecting the Champions Writ for city rep, so I lose 30g on this 1 toon by not taking the Champion's Purse

Thanks super was looking for something like this last week. I did notice you don't do the other quest basic chemistry ( gp quest cleansing the cauldron). It's perfect for our playstyle I thought. Anyway I'll give this a go as I need gold to level proffs.

I used to do that one but it just got really annoying so I stopped, but it's a very easy 100g+ for a 5 minute quest.

i do same. 99% of days.
some differences in quests, tbh. i jump argent tournament quests.
i do 15 quests:
-2x in Death's Rise (same)
-3x in Shadow Vault (same)
-all the quests avaible on the flying vessel, except one. 9 quests. alliance.
quests are: Drag and Drop - Neutralizing Plague (nice gold, grp quest) - No rest for the Wicked -Not a bug - Retest now - Slaves to saronite - That's Abominable! - The Solution Solution - Blood of the Chosen
- do Assault By Ground quest.
with normal flying mounts all these 15 quests doable in 52/58 min.

i get around 200/210g for each char

I vote sticky :D

Here's my list I comprised I run with 4 toons. Not everday now, but when I feel like running them it's a good source of income. Takes me about an hour, less if I don't take my time. The fazing in Icecrown slows me down a bit and I don't have epic flying yet. Not sure if I'll get it before Cataclysm now. But, here's my list. Hope it helps those that are looking for another idea. Oh, I haven't gotten to K3 with my main team yet, so those are not on the list and have not unlocked all of the dailies for the Argent Tournament yet. Enjoy.

Tournament

A Valiant's Field Training-----------------13g23s - 1 Valiant's Seal
A Worthy Weapon---------------------------13g23s - 2 Valiant's Seal
Among the Champions---------------------13g23s - Champion's Writ or Purse + 1 Champion's Seal
At the Enemy's Gates----------------------13g23s - 1 Valiant's Seal
Battle Before the Citadel------------------13g23s - Champion's Writ or Purse + 1 Champion's Seal
Taking Battle to the Enemy---------------13g23s - Champion's Writ or Purse + 1 Champion's Seal
The Grand Melee----------------------------13g23s - 1 Valiant's Seal

Icecrown

Blood of the Chosen----------------------------13g23s
Drag and Drop------------------------------------13g23s
Neutralizing the Plague (Group Daily)------22g20s
No Rest for the Wicked (Group Daily)-------22g20s
Not a Bug-------------------------------------------13g23s
Slaves to Saronite-------------------------------13g23s
That's Abominable!------------------------------13g23s
Retest Now----------------------------------------13g23s
From Their Corpses, Rise!-------------------13g23s
Leave Our Mark----------------------------------13g23s
No Fly Zone---------------------------------------13g23s
Shoot 'Em Up-------------------------------------13g23s
Vile Like Fire!-------------------------------------13g23s

20 quests = 282g54s
5x Vailiant's Seals
3x Chapion's Writ or Purse (add 10g to total if you get the purse, and chance of getting an extra Seal)
3x Chapion's Seal

I get the Champion's Purses for the extra gold, so I average 312g54s for each toon.

312g54s x 4 = 1250g16s (like Svper said, not counting vedor trash/greens I pickup and sale)

Piece of advice I've been given and am glad, Disenchant anything that has a vendor value less than 5 to 6gold. Sale anything above that, cause chances are, you'll get less back in return if you try to sale the dust/essences on the AH than you would from just vendoring the item. Unless of course you really need the mats. So watch when you have to pug and people opt to DE something. I've had someone do that to a blue item in FoS that could net me 20g just from selling to a vendor. Even the shards on my server from those items don't run 20g most days.

Sometimes if I have the extra time and feel like it, I'll run the Grizzly Hills dailies and two in Howling Fjord for extra gold, the one at the quarry and bombing the ships from the Zeppelin. Haven't been to K3 yet, but I'll get to them soon.

Can also do 3x quests for 150g in ~3minutes in Venture Bay (Grizzly Hills), basically you pick up the 3 quests - fly to the far east boat and kill the elite there. Then you run to the buildings where you use smoke bombs (need to throw three of them) and kill alliance mobs on the way. After tossing your third smoke bomb you can fly bank and hand in the three quests for a quick 150g :) I usually do this as my HS is set nearby anyway.

I take advantage of these to level up on as well with my teams once they hit 73. Quests become available at 73, but gear you buy with the coins are lvl 74. You can also do the quest right outsided the lodge halfway down the river (kill quest, 10 horde), and go north of the river and do the 4 there. The collection quest where you gotta get the parts slows you down, so I skip that one.

When I do these here, I fly to the lodge by the river, do that kill quest first, then mount up and fly north to the top of the river and run those. Put the bandage on a round-robin key (10sec cooldown), kill horde npcs near the lumbermill here, cause they're non hostile. Then grab the three Shredders. One thing I found out on my Hunter team, if you have a hunter in your party, keep them from getting in a Shredder. Instead, have them cast Aspect of the Pack. It will allow the Shredders to move faster on land, not water tho. Not sure if you'll be stunned if hit, hasn't happened to me yet. The Pack buff doesn't show, but it applies.

After you do these, go up on the log launch and take the ride down to the bottom of the river. Fastest way if you don't have an epic flier. Actually think it's faster.

Thanks much for the daily tips!

I've been meaning to start ramping that up as I'm not even close to getting epic flying for my team.

I do the grizzly hill ones as they are quick and I know them, but really need to add a few more to the mix.

I assume the tournament quests the ones you get once you have enough faction? I haven't done any of those quests yet... I start them tonight though!

I do basic chemistry as well instead of the bomber one as I could never get the bombers to spawn on all 5 guys at once.

A trick I found last night is if you don't get all 5 on bombers at once, jump out, right away / soon as you notice and wait for everyone to be brought back and try again. Twice I had them split up, 3rd time they all jumped in bombers at the same time.

I love the bombing runs. Its my fave. Even when they are split up they are close enough for kill credits. You just have to watch who the gargoyles or frost wyms are attacking. Usually they are close enough for my main to shoot down. main shoots everything, slaves carpet bombs.

I've tried the carpet bombing one a number of times and someone usually gets shot down before getting to the wyrms, so I gave up on it all together. For those that do read this post, the main title of it: 1,163g, is based on how many toons you run with. The post I made with my list of dailies has the totals per toon you can get on average. Main usually ends up with more from vendor trash tho. Don't think the title means that's how much you can get per toon, it's not. Wish it were, but no :(

No, the title is not meant to say 1163 per toon, or even per 1-1.5 hours, but to mean in 1-1.5 hours you can earn 1,163g from quests alone, not counting RNG on greems / epic drops or honor gained from ganking or anything else.

4 toons doin BGs is 20k honor avg per BG, and 2-2.5 BGs and hour is 4-5 epic gems an hour...

so yea, questing does appear to be quicker gold :-)
