It's just a big LAN party.
What each person does is up to themselves.
The last couple of times I went I ended up just mostly playing WoW, so the trip became less worth it for me.
But there is a lot of stuff you can do there that is almost unique to such a situation.

if you mean stealing, there is next to none of that, there is lots of security set up, and mutual respect and such, plus getting your friends to watch your stuff while you sleep, etc.

If you are like 10 or more friends going there it will always be someone awake to keep an eye on all the stuff :p
