Mine:
Melees
Retri Paladin : 9
Rogue( combat+Ass ) : 4 (too heavily dependent on crits=combo points to be 90%+ effective, IMO)
Enh Sham: 7
Fury Warrior : 3 (rage means castsequences are much less predictable)
Cat-Druid : 4 (same as rogues re:crit=combo points)
DK Blood : 5 (similar to rogues/kitties in that if you take the ability that converts runes into death runes, it isn't consistent)
Range :
Elemental Sham : 10 (yeah, the most played and, thus, most understood class; obvious)
Mage: 8
Warlock : 8
Hunter: 9 (I've done survival and BM with excellent results so far, though survival is much harder to get 90%+ out of; BM = super easy; haven't tried MM that much yet)
Shadowpriest : 7
Druid Balance : 5-6 (agreed; eclipse drops these almost down to where rogues/kitties are)
Tanks:
Paladin : 10 (again, another ultra-popular and, thus, ultra-figured-out class)
Warrior: 7 (better than DPS warriors for rage but still not as easy to macro as the other tanks)
DK : 8 points (once you get some gear, I'd agree; IMO they're around 6 until then)
Druid bear : 9 (only reason they got a 9 from me is that they don't generate as much AoE threat as paladins; otherwise, pure EZmode tanking)

My Personal experience:
-Elemental Shaman: 8. Despite multiple tweaks to my macros, multiple questions posted, etc, I STILL cannot get nearly as good of consistent DPS as some other folks on these boards. Though they can certainly still hold their own and are quite easy, just cant do best DPS possible.
-Survival Hunter: 7. Can do decent DPS, but not nearly as much as when I play him solo.
-Balance Druid: 3. F Moonkins!
-Ret Paladins: TBD. Just hit 80 with my team yesterday, I'll post once I get better gear.

Really depends on if you mean in PvE or PvP, but for PvE:
Protection paladin: 10
Arcane mage: 10 (best dps in heroics, best cc)
Elemental shaman: 10 (best utility)
Marksman hunter: 9 (dps is easy to macro, but loses a due to melee range)
Unholy DK: 9
Holy priest: 9
Rogue: 5-6
Shadowpriest: 5-6
Balance druid: 5 (have to micro eclipse procs)

I would say warlocks have 9/10 and are paired with shamans.
With warlocks there is no swarmed by melee factor unless they are all bubbled paladins, because nothing else can survive immolation aura or hellfire.
Also their ability to dot on the run gives them incredible mobility. You can just run around and tab + dot everything while counting corpses nonstop.

Out of 36 I play the following:
22 shaman
2 prot pally
7 mage
All the above are easy to control for sure, wish I took more mages and fewer shaman but ..... we will see how tunderstorm plays out though with 22 on a round robin.
Then I round out with these but they are around just for one spell each basically so I dont care how hard they are to control.
1 dk (death grip / chains of ice)
1 rogue (invisibility / see invisibility)
1 priest (mass dispell / holy nova)
2 warlock (summon / pet pulling?)

See stealth or whatever. Rogues have a edge in seeing other rogues iirc.

Heightened Senses in Subtlety.
Although you'd have to be on the rogue's and watching the screen closely for it to make any difference.

In fact it's like having two teams. I usually roll with felguards out, so it's like having a melee and caster team at once.
If you have boxed a melee team setting the slaves to someone and then hitting interact with target + ability is not much different than hitting peat attack.
You can even micromanage pet abilities.I do it specially when using voidwalkers to pop the shields and then hellfire.
I have played warlock since vanilla wow, so I know the class very well and know how to take advantage of it's abilities. Warlock is probably the most complex class to play and it varies alot depending on your build of choice, so I suggest you to try solo play a warlock and see if you really like the class. You will either love it or hate it.

multibox warlocks I found quite easy
dot, dot, dot - send in pets (Voids or Felguards) x5 = dead mob... rinse and repeat

Enhancement shaman - 10 pve+pvp
Paladins - 10 pve+pvp
Death knights - 8 or 9 pve+pvp, depends if i play with healer or not
Mages - 10 for pve
Moonkins - 5 for pvp until i get feared and 3 after my space owls have run to different parts of azeroth
7 for pve before you know how to manage eclipse
10 for pve after you know how to manage eclipse :D

I ve been boxing (x2) Spriests on Bwl (Tzu, Tzo). I'm new to boxing but heres my input on this class
PvP- Squishy even with 1300 resilience. Vamp embrace stacks (nice synergy) so this healing helps but still need to break shadow to cast binding heal (also nice synergy, have macroed to cast on each other). The dots are instant cast and non-directional so they are sooo much fun on those rogues who swirl around you. Double fear and double silence (on skip keys). Overall- this is a fun yet somewhat squishy duo in PvP. =7
PvE- Nice Dps with ALOT of unnoticed healing. This pair also returns mana to the group and must be a delight for any healers in the party. Has a nice Shadow AoE spell that I spam on mobs. Single target bosses with dots, mind blast then mindflay x2- then back to dots- repeat. Overall- very fun pair in PvE =9
EDIT: my major hangup with this duo is the squishyness. One of them will go down and youll have to rez. Is this a problem with other boxers in PvP?

Actually I play 3 hunters and they are actually not so bad. I kind of enjoy it. I can run instances easily with just 3. And im doing beast mastery by the way

Bear-10.5 easiest tanking all i do is swipe the trash. Root and nuke for pull.
Prot Pally-10 Great but Bear is just easier.
Unholy DK tank-8 maybe I am just too used to a Pally with a shield. Ghoul can off- tank, chain of Ice is not as good as Root. Death Grip best taunt for literally ripping mob off squishies.
Balance Druid-10, yeah Eclipse proc is hard to keep track but Starfall and Typhoon makes up for it. Even one Driud on my mixed team is enough, Starfall melts trash and boss adds, fire and forget. Got a some kind of emergency? Typhoon knocks them back, interrupts casting and dazed them. Oh, get Glyph of Starfall, otherwise it'll aggro the whole instance.
ShadowPriest-8 even as a shadow build it has the best AoE heals. Lower rate for mana intensity; it uses up mana at 2x the rate of other casters. Its drinks almost as often as my Prot Pally.
Elemantal Shamman- 'nuff said.
Warrior, Cats, Rogues-5 John fucking Madden http://www.wowwiki.com/File:Catdps.jpg
Warlocks-9(damn Hellfire and Rain) My fave until DK. Cataclysm-10(if the changes are good improvements.) i just love pet. A good pet player is like having an extra player with off-tank and CC. it keeps a lot of pressure off the tank and healer. ........next target.....next target....not dead yet? running off?......Pet will chase it down....next target....
Hunters-8 with ambivalence. I love pets but i couldnt believe how boring hunters are. Old low level Pally used to just throw up a Seal and Blessing then autoswing. i couldnt believe how Hunter was even more boring. Maybe its just the lack of risk. You stand back in mail and let something else take the hits. So its a good slave since i don't actually have to play them.
Mage - havent play in a while. Maybe less ground targeting would help

I run a diversified 5box team
Prot/ret Pally
Holy/disc Priest
Enhance/elem Sham
Destro Lock
Frost Mage
Theyre pretty easy to box, especially with ISboxer. Im just about finished getting them all to 80, (got the pally and shammy to 80 first for guild raids) 1 lvl to go for the priest, 2 for the mage and lock. One thing that I have found, is that the Mage and Lock duoing are quite the force by themselves. I had thought at first I would have to re spec into Demon so Id have a tanking pet for those 2 to be able to get thru the dang phased areas I need to complete, but they are doing fine by themselves. They have nice DPS considering theyre mostly in quest gear and some regular dungeon gear. The only issue Im really having right now is managing procs and what not...Ive got to find an addon that announces it to the party instead of just the character. Im sure there is one out there.
As far as ease of multibox play, Id give the Prot Pally a straight 10....the shaman a 10 ( IWT for the win) Priest a 9 ( thanks to Isboxers repeater regions) the lock and mage both 8, and that only because of me missing the procs...which I hope to fix once I hit 80 on them all and start doing Heroics.
But as far as rating playability with any class, I think it really depends on what your doing to box....Hardware or software boxing? ISboxer? Keyclone? Octopus? 1 comp runnin all accounts or spread out over systems? I believe all that has a bearing on how well you can play them. My advice would be to think of a combo you may like to play, and give them till lvl 10 or 15....if its not for you, you will know by those levels. Wow is the most easiest game Ive ever boxed, with its autofollow system, and the support of addons, theres not much you cant do in this game.
So in short, do some theory crafting....experiment... and above all have fun.....thats what youre paying for right?
Good luck!

Here are my opinions on the teams I've run so far. Not sure how I'd rate them on a scale tho.
Pallys
PvP: 4xRets
Easy slaughter if your Resilience is high enough. People usually avoid Rets altogether if in BGs, so a squad of them makes them flee in terror if they're alone.
PvE: 1xProt+3xRets
Gotten me through every instance I've run so far. Northrend instances are a bit harder for me without a dedicated healer. Just switched one of the Rets to Holy with dual-spec, but without ISBoxer(which I'll be getting soon), managing my teams health is a pain with straight up macros.
Disc Priest + 3x Hunters(1xBM + 1xMM w/3xBears bouncing aggro)
PvP and PvE:
Really fun and easy. Haven't gotten into the higher end BGs yet, but when I ran lower ones, for some reason, everyone always went after my Hunters instead of the Priest. I've gotten alot of kills in AB with them and more achievements there than I did with my Pally team.
I've used this same team and specs for both and have been able to take on every instance from Vanilla and BC content I've run so far without a dedicated tank. Tried running regular UK and damn near wiped from the first mobs. Might've been under geared, or not capable without a tank, but I've got a friend that runs tank for me till I can get them to 80 to swap out with my Pally team.
Warlocks (Demo)
PvE
Like Hunters really, just don't have to manage their happiness. Just send them in to tag a mob, then use your main to cast Rain of fire to do some damage to the mobs. As long as you do I think either 1 or 2% damage to an enemy, either PvE or PvP, you'll get credit/loot from the kill. Just keep your pets alive with Drain Life/ Health Funnel as needed and you'll be able to manage mana really well.
PvP
Run and DoT everything you can in sight. Only ran lower end BGs so far and really suck at it, but I've managed to rack up alot of assisted kills with this team. If you can get a Hunter or Mage to freeze a large group in one spot, you can run in and mow them down by casting Hellfire/Immolation Aura, or use Rain of Fire from a distance if you can pull it off in time with ISBoxer or other programs.
Druids
PvE (Questing experience only, haven't PvPed with them yet)
Haven't gotten them high enough, but with my macro I made with them, they're just like running a pack of Rogues. Stealth before battle, sneak up and Claw the mobs down. Haven't really given other specs a shot yet, but they're not even 30 yet either. Correct me if I'm wrong (which I happen to be alot), but Bear tanks run on rage like Warriors, wouldn't tanking Bear form be like tanking with a Warrior?
Death Knight
Haven't ran them much outside of the starting area, so not alot of input on this team from me. I soloed my first Death Knight when WotLK came out, but stopped once I got him to 73 and had a blast with him. Once I ran my team of them, it felt alot like running my Pally team again, so I'd rank them about the same. Have only quested with them a bit and no dungeon/PvP experience yet, but from what I've read from others, they're highly recommended.
All other classes I've soloed with, but half only to 20-30. They are all still parked up and waiting. Main Hunter is 74, Rogue is 50, Mage is 56 and waiting for their team mates to catch up with them. But out of all of these, Hunter and Pally are by far my favorite classes for this game.

I think anything with combo points sux.
druid boomkins & druid cats are a no while druid tanks are fine.
but as far as I've played them
tanks:
pally 10
bear 9
haven't tried the rest.
ranged
ele-shaman 10
ice-mage 10 ( so simple it hurts and the team almost never runs out of mana )
hunters 9
warlocks 9
arc-mage 9
boomkin 7-8 ( eclipse sux until you get some really high crit rating, multiple booms can't all eclipse at the sametime )
melee:
ret-pally 10
healers:
shaman 10
priest 9/10
druid 9
pally 7 <<, no real aoe panic heals, too much micro management for my taste, they are very good single target healers but for boxing the shaman chain heal rules.
as far as I'm concerned my strongest teams are
pally, 3 ele-sham, rest-sham 10
pally, 2 ele-sham, frost-mage, rest-sham 10
pally, 3 ret pally, rest -sham 10
bear, 3 locks, priest 9/10
5 pally, prot, 3x ret, 1 holy 8 << ok until you need a lot of heals
