Wooo new problem.. So I've added f1-f12 to my repertoire of hotkeys, maily assigning them to macro tasks to make life easier. The problem I encounter is when I press F3, Keyclone broadcasts that to Windows Explorer, thus opening a search window which obscures a large portion of the screen. So I thought "Easy enough, I will just figure out a way to disable f3 from carrying out this task!" Most of the solutions I found online amounted to:

1. Run regedit.exe
2. Go to HTKEY_Userblahblah
3. Go to Software
4. Go to Policies
5. Go to Internet Explorer (I guess internet explorer and windows explorer are related?)
6. Go to Restrictions (Or create it as a new key, which I had to do)
7. Create a new DWORD named NoFindFiles.
8. Assign a value of 1 to said DWORD
9. Restart

So I did this, opened up 2 WoW clients and keyclone, pressed f3 and QQ the search window still opens. Did it multiple times to make sure I did everything correctly, still no change. Looked for some other solutions, found one that amounted to:

1. Run gpedit.msc
2. Go to User Config
3. Go to Admin Templates
4. Go to Windows Components
5. Go to Internet Explorer
6. Look for "Search: Disable find filesblahblah"
7. Right click > Properties
8. Enable

Did it, no success, restarted a bunch etc.

So yeah, while I am going to continue to search for the problem, I figured I'd make a post here because, it seems to me at least, that multiple people have probably encountered this same issue. Or a similar one at least. I think another way to fix this would be to make it so keyclone doesn't broadcast to windows explorer, but as I don't know why it is doing that in the first place, I don't really have any idea how to go about fixing that. Any helpful advice is appreciated! Teamview is an option if anyone wants to kill some time on my problems.

Thank you very much, sir! I tried searching for threads with "f3" in the post earlier, but it doesn't allow me to search for phrases under 3 characters. While I'd still like to figure out how to get rid of the f3 search function all together, this definitely prevents it from interfering with multiboxing. Once again, thanks!
