Ok this evening I have switched to ISBoxer for a test run, but due to server shutdown have run out of fiddle time. Took me a while to get things the way I want but due in no small part to Ualaa's guide I have just about made it work.
There is 3 things I am having problems with though(They are very similar issues) and I am hoping people here can help me while the servers are down so I can get up and running nice and fast tomorrow. So here goes
1st issue - I have setup the mouse repeater so when I hit the 9 key it also sends the next click to the 3 DPS hunters (For volley goodness) However it does not send the 9 key to the windows despite it being on my repeater whitelist. Now just before I ran out of time I set step 1 to do
new keystroke action > Target = Group (My AoE gruop) > Key combination = 9
However I didnt have time to test, so I dont know if this was correct.
2nd issue - Similar to the first, I have repeater setup for all my F1-F12 keys, while I use F1-F5 to also switch between the 5 windows. Coming from Keyclone I used to have it setup to activate macros and change the leader and focus etc. So I would like IS to also broadcast F1-F5 when I use them to switch windows if possible.
3rd issue - Ok last one(For now) how can I stop it switching to a window when I click on it? The only way I want it to switch windows is when I press the F1-F5 keys.
Program looks good so far though :)

I'll answer the third issue right off the bat. In your window layout you'll see an option Swap Hot Character to main region... and on each individual slot of your character set you'll see the option and only when I use the above Hotkey. Set those accordingly.
As for using F1 through F12 for repeater...I'm confused as to what you mean by that. Mouse/Keyboard repeater is on Shift+Alt+R by default [or something like that]. You should only be using repeater for, say... typing funny stuff in trade channel on all characters at the same time, trying to set all your characters' Hearthstone at the same time, accepting and turning in quests, etc. ISBoxer by default doesn't use 'broadcasting' the way Keyclone does. White/Blacklists are unnecessary, but the option is there for those who still find it difficult to move away from them. Keymaps/Mapped Keys/Click Bars are the way ISBoxer broadcasts by default.
And for the Hunter's volley, I would probably have to see your config to really tell you more. You are more than welcome to come to the ISBoxer chat and post it there [or post it here :)]. Use pastebin.com or something similar when posting a config file. Someone else might see this post and be able to tell you more w/o seeing your config though.
Glad to hear you're happy with IS so far. :)
Yeah, sounds like you're confusing Repeater with Key Maps. If you share your config it'd be much easier to see what's wrong with it for your first issue -- unless the issue is that you have Key Maps off and Repeater on, in which case turn Key Maps on. To do so, select "Copy ISBoxer Toolkit Profile to Clipboard" from the File menu in ISBoxer (you'll get a privacy box if you want to keep character names private;account name is censored by default), then go to pastebin.com, paste it there, and then link to it.
For your 2nd issue, the option you need is in each Slot in your Character Set. You can set it to broadcast F1 when you press F1, F2 when you press F2, etc.

Yeah I guess this is the problem with having used keyclone since I started, I am just so used to it that chnaging is hard :) Also keymaps confuse the hell out of me.
I was really hoping to get a bunch done today while bored at work but my connection to my home machine isnt working so there is not much I can do except read more.
I think I am goingt o wipe the slate clean and start from scratch to incorporate more features into my playing, including the FTL stuff in IS Boxer and I think Im going to have to really figure out keymaps. The only feature I was really aiming to get from ISBoxer was mouse broadcasting for AoE and maybe click regions for healing. This should also remove my need for the F1-F5 keys to activate macros as well. But we shall see.
Anyone kow how well healbot works with mouse regions? I dont normally use healbot for my healing (Solo or boxing) but from my understanding of both it seems to fit.
Also I will be throwing a razor naga into the mix in about a month so that will be even more fun times :D

I'll strongly recommend that you play with Keymaps enabled and Repeater disabled.
If you go this route, you'll want to ditch both the whitelist and blacklist options.
When both Keymaps and Repeater are on, Keymaps have priority.
So if you have T set to do something in a Mapped Key, then typing /tell will come up as /ell.
Generally:
Repeater On, Keymaps Off - Entering your password.
Repeater Off, Keymaps On - Playing 99% of the time.
Repeater Off, Keymaps Off - Chatting.
Repeater On, Keymaps On - Clicking a portal or accepting a dialogue box, such as Bind Point confirmation.
1) If you edit your FTL DPS 9 (mapped key), so it sends next click, to a target of an Action Target Group, which the three hunters are in... I believe that will work how you'd like it to.
You'll press 9, and every toon on the team will do whatever is on 9. This includes an FTL Assist, as per the normal keys. In addition, the hunters will each have a target circle for the Volley, and after a click on the main screen, this will disappear.
2) The wizard can give you an FTL set up, so you don't need a Focus based set up. You can set F1 through F5 as your switch keys (or anything else you prefer). If you're using Jamba, you can run a mapped key which will update the Jamba master automatically on a switch, with or without an auto follow component.
You can modify the mapped key that runs, when you switch windows to be whatever you want.
If you click on a character set, and then the 1 (or 2-5) under Slots, it shows either Broadcast this Key or Do this Mapped key, when you switch.
The default Mapped Key is usually JambaMaster or Follow/JambaMaster, depending on whether you wish to have follow or not, on a switch.
I've made ten custom switch mapped keys. Five for melee teams and five for caster teams.
Each is basically Slot 1 is leading the team.... Or Slot 2 is leading the team.
With the toon in Slot 1 running the Slot 1 mapped key.
This mapped key does the original mapped key, and in addition messes around with Action Target Groups, for dynamic movement.
But the point is... you can have it run a mapped key on a switch, which can be a default mapped key for leader changes, or a custom one to do what you want it to.
3) Fenril got this one.
