Heal Macro/addon

Anyone have a idea for a macro or how to write a simple addon to heal the tank in the LFG system.

Example--
I run with 4 shammies, and LFG and join with a random tank.. if i do this all day, it takes forever to go and change /target "tanks name" on all 4 characters for each heroic..

Is there a macro function or addon that will just always target the tank in the LFG system? I tried just changing to /target on the main and /assist on the alts but its to slow.. meaning the first heal they will heal there old target, then target who the main is targeting.. and heal

Prolly should just go to isboxer/healbot to skip all of this

The only guaranteed method is to either type the tank's name in the macro or set him as focus and use focus-based heal macros for him.

An easier method that works pretty well as long as the mob(s) has the tank targeted would be:

/cast [@targettarget, help] healingspell

That way, you can target the enemy and just heal the tank as needed with one button. If the mob switches targets, that tends to break down a bit but it's a pretty easy way to do it without having to do any special targeting or macro writing for every new group you're in.

After next patch, all groups from randoms will be organised as 1. Tank, 2. Healer 3-5. DPS. Don't know if this would make it easier to make a macro to heal spot 1...?
