Close, but the case lighting makes it pretty rough though.

People ask these questions all day long. The best thing you can do it make 5 trial accounts and try it for your self.

I guess all you can really do is look at what other people 5-box on and try to emulate that as best you can.

I 5-box on this, with 2 monitors:

Intel Core2 Quad Q6600
4GB Crucial Micron DDR2 1066 DRAM
Asus P5K Motherboard
XFX 8800GT 512MB Video Card
2x 160GB Seagate 7200RPM Disk Drives - Not Raided, 2 copies on 1st, 3 on 2nd
A quiet-as-fuck case (cause that's important)

This is overkill. I set my WoW's active window FPS to 40 and non-active to 30, and I'm at cap all the time, except in Org, where Active Window drops to 35.

Hope this helps,

Lokked

Well. Yet again...

Q6600 - Recommended Processor
4GB DDR2 PC6400 - Recommended RAM
8800GT 512MB(+) - Recommended Graphics Card
Good brand 500(+)watt Power supply.

Without the above you'll only be gimping yourself if you want to do a 5 in 1.

no. 2-3 sessions will work.

Memory: 2GB DDR2 Corsair at 667MHz (Dual Channel)

no chance.

1. you should use 800MhZ RAM.
2. calculate 1 GB for each session + 1 GB for your OS.

Video Card: nVidia GeForce 8800GTS 320MB (By: eVGA) (PCI-Express)

nice card. I think it can handle the 5 sessions. if not you need the 512 / 768 MB Version.

I think that people with Dual Core processors have reported doing 5-box on 1 machine, but the Q6600 is more than capable. If you're building your own machine, the extra $100 or so for a capable motherboard and the q6600 chip is well worth it.
