I've gotten to the point where I think mouseover heals would be far easier to use than the current alt/shift/ctrl mod settings.
I was wondering if there is anyway that I can mouseover targets in wow and it will cause all my clones to heal the mouseover target.

I use keyclone, wow, 3 shamans.

I don't have any experience with this...

But have heard of people who use Keyclone, going to HotKeyNet specifically for mouse broadcasting, while still using KC for their keyboard stuff.
It is worth looking into.

If that doesn't work for you, take a hard look at IS Boxer.
It will do all of the mouse stuff you want, such as repeater regions (where it broadcasts, while over the click frame), plus things like being able to set the hotkey to turn broadcasting on for the next click -- Blizzard/Hurricane/Mass Dispel etc, and turn it off automatically after the click.
Plus the mapped keys are incredibly flexible... PiP swaps instant... Auto FTL... etc.
IS Boxer brings a lot more to the table then just mouseover heals.

But definitely check into HKN first.
You already have the KC license and HKN is free.

I understand there is a way to do something similar to this with Healbot, does anyone know that?

Healbot or Vuhdo are integrated addons, for both the unit frames and the click interpretation.
The other good options are either Grid or OpenRDX for the frames, with Clique for the click interpretation.
With an alphabetical sort (or any other fixed order, on all toons), the top frame refers to the same toon for everyone, and so do each other frames, which allows for click based heals from any toon on the team.

All of the above will take your clicks and use them for heals.

None of the above will allow you to click in the main window, and send the click to the other windows.
You'll need something to broadcast the mouse clicks.
HKN can do this free, via a script.
IS Boxer can do this too, but is a subscription option (free 7 day trial and 14 day money-back guarantee). It has a lot of features beyond mouse broadcasting.
