Hello all,

So I am having this massive annoying issue with Jamba. I just got it yesterday and when I first configured it it was fine. Now when I log off/relog it says on my jamba team window on my main or other toons that some of my characters are offline when they are in fact online. I have tried everything from switching channels (to the same channel on all toons) under core communications and reloging Its driving me nuts!. Also another weird thing is ill look at the jamba-team window of one and itll show all my toons online but in another itll show only 2 or only 1 and so on.

Are you sure all toons use the same channel (check active channels for all toons under social options) ? Also, I've seen issues because special characters are not allowed in the channel name.

I got the same problem as the poster, 1 slave, always the same one will be offline. lïttleburst.

It doesn't really bother me though, since it hasn't been a problem.

Yes, they're in the same jamba channel. channel name and pass both without any ' ` etc.

No underscore _ either ? I ask because a friend of mine ran into the exact same issue last week and the name of the channel proved to be the cause of the problem. I have no other idea, sorry.

I had the same problem yesterday. Same group I always use, no settings had changed. I logged in, and my main showed everyone (including himself) as offline in jamba. The Jamba team window was empty, not even a row for that character.
My other characters were all fine.

I removed everyone from his jamba, added one clone back in, then pushed the Core: Team settings back from a clone, and all was well.

Could it be that someone used the same channel name than yours but with a different password ? So you couldn't access it anymore and jamba would get all confused without being able to tell why. Throwing out ideas just in case..

I found I had a similar issue if I changed the name of the channel.
Which I did because I wanted to be in my own Jamba channel, and not sharing with others.

Turn on debugging mode.
And mess around with the channel/password, until each of the toons is in the same channel.
Once they're all in channel, this message should go away.
And you can disable debugging mode.

Well tried all of that.

Now my main toon shows the rest of the party in the window.. displaying exp/hp, ect properly.

Though jamba follow / quest stuff still does not work. Plus still shows my main toon (master) as offline.

The default Jamba behavior does not do this.
So I would suggest deleting anything Jamba related, from your WTF folder for all accounts.
And then going with the latest version.

Not really sure what to say, if they're in the same channel and you have that message.
Different channels is the only time I've ever encountered that.
And the latest three versions did not have this issue for me.

Seems to me like your wow chat settings are broken, try deleting chat-cache.txt for the toon that shows the other as offline.

I found jsut leaving them in the base channel makes life easy but ualaa is right if you want a diffrent channel turn on debugging mode and get them all in teh same cahnnel 1 at a time.
