Its nice and clean. You use repeater for healing or hotkeys?
Addon list? :D

Healing is done by mouse clicks (I'm a believer that with this team and its asston of keybindings... to be good in arena the mouse needs to share the workload more than on shamans. Doing AOW healing with mouse clicks is an easy and smooth way to spread the load out)
The green partyframe area is a Innerspace repeater zone + grid addon.
Clique is used to set <left click = /cast [target=mouseover] flash of light /stopcasting>, <right click= /cast [target=mouseover] cleanse> only when over the grid area.
I have some work to do still. Party frames on the left don't need to be so big (I almost never look at them now that I use the green grid for healing / hp%). Player / Target frames below my feet are too high, they should be right above my action bars to conserve precious central screen space. My mouse cursor normally rests slightly above and right of my DKs head, so to maximize efficiency in arena the grid / emergency DK macros that get mouse clicked need to be higher and maybe more central to that zone instead of 3 inches right and down (I know this sounds silly but this team in arena is a cluster**** to control 100% and every little tweak helps a ton)
Addons:
Pitbull
Macaroon
grid / clique
powerauras (for showing a highlight over my DK when divine sac is active - immensely helps me remember to recast DS / DS)
Gladius
DBM
auctioneer
eCastingBar
Jamba (I keep it invisible and just use it for quest/taxi mirroring + autovendoring)
Tidyplates
TinyTip
SpamMeNot
SpellAlerter
