That particular poster was an ally on Ner'zhul commenting on 5 shammys casting chain lightning in WG when they had 12 stacks of tenacity.

Since I'm on Ner'zhul and there has been a few times where I've been stacked with tenacity, I can only assume he was referring to me.

And yes. Stacks of tenacity on a multiboxer in WG is so full of win. 5 fire novas can wipe out scores of people at once. :D

When one side outnumbers the other, by a large margin, the side with fewer toons gains Tenacity.
Which makes just about all the combat stats larger.

Your spells/abilities hit much harder.
