WooT! RAF baby grows up

I got my Druid to Northrend. She was in the first and the only RAF team I got to 60. I leveled her to 65 for the alchemy spells and then to 68 for Xmute spec. So I figured, let me try out NR, a solo Boomkin, which had trouble soloing in Outland.
Something clicked and she ran through the start area (BT) and is at the airstrip now. Played maybe 4 hours and she is at 69 1/2 with 1k gold. Upgrades are falling with every quest it seems and she is almost in all iLvl 138 gear now.
I can also get her the Tome so she be able to fly through the zones. I will finish BT and go to HF next that should put me close to 71. GH, DB, and IC to 80 then 3 whole zones to cash in.

As you are questing constantly que for randoms. It's easy XP + upgrades.

Probably a good idea. I am still not sure of what I want to play later, tank or healer. DPS is 3rd, OOmkins are not a highly recuited toon. Healers level slow, Bear is for fight, or is the kat?

I'd level, either Boomkin or Feral - Cat, whichever is more fun.
You can instance, as a DPS with either spec, and do fine.

Down the road, I'd probably either main spec Resto, with Balance off-spec.
Or main spec Feral - Bear, possibly with Feral - Cat off-spec.

As a tank or a healer, you'll have much shorter queue's then as a DPS.
And you have the DPS spec as an option for PvP, quests, etc.
But then again, it depends if she will be inserted into a team at all, and what role the team needs.

with the heirlooms and rested xp, i get about 10-15% of a level per instance run on my priest (now at level 76)
I never get to quest as i get close to instant queues with her (i'm holy). All i do is buy reagents and drinks and run instances. It seems also that people are quite happy to stay in the same pug group and blast through multiple instances. I always suggest it when the run went well.

That reminds of a question I have. This druid is on my 80 DK account. Where do I get heirlooms? On my other 80, I goto the Argent Champion Quartermaster. The DK can not talk to her, only Ebon Blade. Got a clue what goes? Do you have to be 5x exalted?
Only real trouble is handling multiple mobs. The Aoe storm drains my mana and might not kill them all, while they will kill me. Tried bear, and it is slow also.

You can buy heirlooms in the emblem room in dalaran.. The NPC has <Heirloom> under his name :D

Yes, she is the NPC but she will not talk to me. Is that only for exalted champions? DK is definatly at a disadvantage on Rep.

Oh, well you will have to get exalted then according to wowhead:

"According to WoWWiki, you must first become an Argent Crusader by earning the achievement Exalted Argent Champion of the Alliance or Exalted Argent Champion of the Horde before you will be permitted to purchase items from this NPC."
