There a way/command line to trigger talk on NPC?

IE, I can have my toons assist off of me, then through command have them start a dialogue with NPCs.

TIred of having to click on NPCs to start quests, even a macro that will talk to a FlightMaster and fly towards specified macro destination...

There was a mod somewhere that auto-shared then accepted quests somewhere on these boards, not a total fix, but might alleviate some of the clicking. Not sure if there is a /command to talk to NPCs, shame as that would be really handy

What is FastQuest: It is a small, stand-alone addon that displays quest levels, removes quest fade delay, adds and removes quests to and from quest tracker window, allows you to move the tracker window anywhere, complete quests automatically (this us useful for turn-in quests). It can also notify party/raid members or those near you of your quest progress.

No auto sharing though.
