AV leveling / honor grinding alliance

I've got a few solo toons ~70 I've wanted to level. I'm mostly interested in AV leveling and maybe honor grind at 80, just questing in between queues.

I recall a few boxers saying they leveling in AV on alliance, but I can't find the posts. What battlegroups still get really low queues 70-79 and possibly 80 for alliance? I'm on reckoning but could transfer.

In my experience AV isn't a good option any longer. I played in Ruin and Nightfall and when they 'accidentally' broke the xp a while back a ton of people bailed and few came back. My queues are 15-45 minutes usually on my 70s teams. Another problem is that the matches in these battlegroups usually end in a turtle which brings the XP/hour WAY down. I enjoy them, but my time is better spent questing.

With the exp change coming to PvP overall this may change in the next minor patch. Who knows: we might get those 12 hour AV matches back, endless killing gnomes and mohawks! HK's will be precious! I can't wait!

It's not quite as good as the original patch, but I was still getting 2-4 bars for a win in the 70s as horde. Of course it took an hour to get into a game and horde usually lost, but still if there's an alliance bg with quick queues, I'd rather do that than quest:)
