when I logon one of my addons displays in the chat window "AutoDisenchant disabled"
Does anyone know what addon this is and how to change it from disabled to enabled?
I thought it might be enchantrix but who knows.

It just seems that when I'm doing 5x heroics I would would want to D/E everything....

It is enchantrix. There are several ways to get to the configuration screen, right click on the minimap button, right click on the enchantrix button that pops out from the menu on the right side of the screen (along with bean counter, swatter, and several others), or type /enchantrix config.
You want to select automation and watch bags for disenchantable items. It doesn't do it automatically, a little pop up shows up and asks if you want to ignore (ignore always), no (ignore this session), or yes (de now).

Yeah, make sure you don't let it disenchant anything you want to keep.

Personally I just loot green on my main and BoP boss stuff that noone needs on my enchanter and trade over the greens later (like when my bags get full) so I have full control over what I de.

I have all toons but my main auto pass. That way the Need/Greed/DE thing comes up anyway even if only one toon can loot and I select DE. I even have macros setup to auto pass or not since I still need the Needy and Greedy achievements on some toons.

You want to be careful of what you DE. I read another post on here, someone suggested not to DE anything with a vendor sale price of 5g50s+, after I read that, I've been more watchful of what I DE. I still keep any leather 'of the Bandit" gear I pick up for my Rogues tho, no matter what level. I also just ran and finally finished FoS for the first time and the dagger dropped off the last boss. I had to pug the healer, and he tried to select DE on it. I hit Need cause the vendor price on that thing was 20g. My Pallies couldn't use it, but I be damned if I'm gonna DE somethin that pricy. About a 98% chance it woulda been a Dream Shard anyway, and those are goin for about 8-9g each on my server. I also stopped putting my slaves on auto-pass cause I screwed myself out of a JC recipe from H:UK once. The extra looting may slow me down, but I'm not gonna risk that again.
