Controlling WoW with iPad/iPhone.

the iPhone, iPod touch apps can already type and point computers. Can anyone write an app and plug-in with the movement control and UI elements on the iPad? Being able to tap the Action bars, party portraits, etc, there's no need to press the modifier keys. Will need some form of video for targeting. Tilt foward for auto run, etc. Some how intergrat it to key broadcasting.

You should look up the apps that already let you "play" on iPhone (actually just runs wow on a pc and you remote control it with the phone, with a small window to see your character).

I never come across those when i do a search for WoW apps. Most of them are reference app.

There's a terminal services App that lets you connect to a widows Computer - you get to control the desktop.

I use it to remotely manage servers and connect to my desktop when I'm out of the office.

The one I use is iTap RDP client. It runs on both the iphone and ipad.

that is so cool, I might buy an iPhone. Just to check my stocks at work.... I would never play WoW at work :rolleyes:

I have VNC on my Mac. I forgot about that. I'll try this once i get an iPad.
