after i am litle tired of my DK + 4 Rets Team , i want to start another team. Something new..so do you think a Druid Tank,Roguex3 DPS and a Druid Healer will work good in heroics ?

I love stealth runs. When WoW first came out I heal 4 rogues thru BFD.
I have 5 new druids at 60 that i run for some quick fun. I love the dps/heal teams. the 4 dps (vs.3 in the holy trinity) never stops except for occational 1.5 sec. 4 HOTs. Balance has Starfall aoe, Round robin Typhoon knock back aoe for emergency.
I am thinking of dual spec the tank for 5 typhoons and range attack the trash mobs; just tank the bosses.

It is an all melee team, except for the healer.
So you'll have the same things to deal with, boss AoE's and Cleave etc.
But Wild Growth is a very strong AoE heal.
And theoretically it will hit the tank + rogues.
The only toon that will be missed is the resto druid.
Between all of the interrupts, caster type opposition should go down fast.
Tricks of the Trade, each on another toon in the party will be decent.
Or if threat is ever an issue, use the Feral as the target.
Rogues have a lot of toys.
You could round robin things like: Blind, Dismantle, etc.
Fan of Knives + Swipe will be decent for AoE.
As long as you're aware that you will face the same challenges.
But have a dedicated healer instead of Art of War + Divine Storm for the healing aspect.
I'd see the team as quite powerful.

3x Combat spec rogues
Stealth your way through to the bosses of each heroic
3x tricks onto the tank and it will never even have to throw a single blow just take the damage (Well at higher gear levels anyway)
SS, SnD, SS, BF, KS, SS, A Rush,SS,SS, SnD, SS, SS, SS, SS, Evis
Dead Boss.
The fun fights are going to be the ones with tricks to them, but tank and spank will be no effort :P Damn now I want this combo *sigh* I would always take a Rogue team combat spec for 2 reasons
1. I am used to it as it my solo rogues spec :)
2. Killing spree ensures you end up behind the target at the end of it, which is always win
