Is it possible to set up a macro so it won't cast on lowbes but will on lvl 80??? or only on ONE specified target? So the lowbe that stands next won't get hitted?
The only thing i found in guides was using script but its preTBC and doesnt work anymore :(

No, unfortunately, Blizzard want you to use your brain.

or only on ONE specified target?

If your one specified target was called bob, you can do something like

/cast [@bob] Lightning Bolt

You can use /targetexact to only target something with that exact name.
But not sure that you'd want to mess around with macros and such, as they are rushing at you.

I've killed a lot of flagged toons on the other faction recently.

Had my pve team going for ancestor coins, and had an annoying paladin stun a slave on follow.
And then had issues with guards and lost some toons.
So that was annoying.

Prior to this paladin, I wouldn't attack lone toons with my five.
I no longer care if its a lone member of the other faction.
And that I have five toons.
If they're flagged, and I have the chance, they die.
I don't care if they're 40 levels below me.

I'm on a PvE server.
If someone decides to flag themselves, they obviously want to participate in PvP activity.
Both the killing and the dying.
So they get what they want.

For the original poster.

You could create your DPS macro, to be focus based.
Something like:

/cast [target=focus,exists] Spell of Nastiness

And then have another macro.
Which can be keybound to an easy key.
Or perhaps to a mouse thumb button.

/focus [target=mouseover,exists]

This only works, if you're not using a focus based assist.
And focus is free from other things such as crowd control or arena targeting.

It also adds a step to your dps.
But allows you to only DPS against toons which you have consciously selected.
I wouldn't recommend this route, but it has some possibilities.
Possibly along the lines of DPS vs Focus macros.
And something which sets focus across the team.
While you DPS others.
And then have the option to switch quickly to the Focus, when they're exposed.
