i am currently not able to do 3 shamans

what would be the fastest way to level 3 chars in the 90 days time of RAF with xp bonus so i can grant some of my other twinks on the main account levels

Speaking from experience, three warlocks would be extremely fast. Particularly as you get higher level.

However, to make things quicker, you might want to add a healing class in there. Wouldn't need to be healing spec while levelling, a shadow priest for example could through a few heals or rez if needed.

2 locks and a mage could also be good. If you got the aoe targetting down well, it could be carnage with rain of fire x2 and blizzard. Would mean free food/drink and teleports too. No wipe recovery though.

It really all depends on what you want to do with them. What is your end goal?

well for right now my main goal is to get as many chars to 60 as possible to boost my main account with lvl 60 chars
anf after that start a comp to run pve instances with

how about instance boosting does that work well if i just leveled my 2 twink accs with my main pally or mage account (lvl 80) would that be faster than questing grinding?

If your leveling <5 toons at once and have another account to boost them through dungeons, do it, its insanely fast. Once you get going on SM Arm & Cath(You can hit it at level 20 I think) any number of toons (Tank types and Priests make the best boosters I have found) should be able to clear it in 10 min and that will get you around a level.
Its boring but its fast.

My 5 boxing teams took me around 48 hours /played each, all questing (Well my Pallys did some instances) so depending on how much spare time you have its easy enough to get a team at 60 using RAF in a week, 2 if your a bit slower. I only did 3 teams in 3 months but I wasnt going flat out on it.

So im lvl 47 with my warlocks now and i am thinking about my next team to lvl to 60 before my RAF is over. I was thinking of a pve team one wich i can do dungeons with what could i do i also have BC enabled on all of them. So do you think 1druid 2 shamans would work eventually making feral enhance and resto/ele?

I'm seriously looking to cut down to 3 boxing from 5, as now i find i spend more time playing in groups with other people than running by myself.

I am looking at the following combos:

Account 1 Account 2 Account 3
======== ======== ========
Warlock Hunter Paladin
Death Knight Priest Mage
Druid Druid(f/b) Druid(r/b) (one feral/bal & one resto/bal)
Shaman Shaman Shaman (all elemental atm)

spreading the tanks across the 3 accounts gives me the opportunity to mix and match whatever characters i need for any given scenario.

with RAF you will find that you will be able to level 3 of each class to 60 in the time you are given. once you are at 60 you can then decide what group/combos you like to play with and move on levelling with those.

when i was initially doing my RAF levelling I had the most fun with Warlocks, but decided to only take one on to 80. recently I have found that the group i play the most are my Druids. (great fun in a multibox group)

Hm yea sounds plausable... (probably wrote that wrong) one a side note how do 3 ret pal do at lvl 80 in 3v3. I have another paladin on the main account but i would like to have him seperate from my multiboxing

Sorry for double post cant seem to edit my post on my phone.
But i was thinking of the 3 pal and once i hit 60 replacing him with a dk or for that matter when 70because i already have a 72 dk any thoughts on that? For 3v3 arena

For leveling, warlocks or hunters will probably be your fastest levelers. And with the Dungeon Finder tool to help you run instances when you have quests for 'em, it's silly easy.
